If I could give this place 0 stars I would. As I'm sitting here for my nail appointment a few days ago, not only was the owner late, I saw a mouse run pass my foot. This is very unprofessional, disgusting and unsanitary. This isn't the first time either, she's always late, and I be seeing mice traps laying around. Who gave this lady permission to open up a shop if she cant maintain it? very bad business. Where are the other managers, so I can make a complaint to the board? This is ridiculous, in the middle of a pandemic at that.

I went to Kay with my friend for a gel mani and pedi and the service was amazing, I'm so happy with how it came out and Kay was friendly and took her time. The shop was very clean and they used new tools on our pedicures, that one thing I look for when I get a pedicure especially, I'm very careful about where I go, Kay exceeded my expectations. Thanks so much

I've been to this location twice and I really like it. My pedicures usually last just about a month so thats great. Kay is also friendly. Happy that I tried them out.

Honestly.. disgusting. I ordered mangu with fried cheese and eggs. The food had no taste at all and the two pieces of cheese were almost cut as thin as a sheet of paper. I also got a mango smoothie and it was WHITE it barely tasted like mango.

I booked an appointment online for two pedicures for 10 AM Sunday morning, and we ended up having to wait 20 and 30 minutes before the pedicurists showed up to the salon. One of the pedicurists (I think she was the owner or manager) offered to give us "free" quick-dry top coats as a way of making up for our long wait, but shouldn't top-coats be included in your $30-$40 pedicure? Also, you have to pay a 50% deposit online before your appointment.

if i can give this place 0 stars i would! so just count this one as a negative ordered the most simplest things ever (pastelitos) and they were disgusting. they were extremely blackened by the old oil. i also ordered longanizas and they were raw inside and extremely dry. I WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NOR WOULD I REORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. $32 down the drain. Si puedo darle 0 estrellas a este lugar, ¡lo haría!así que solo cuenta este como negativo Pedimos las cosas más simples (pastelitos) y eran asquerosas. estaban extremadamente ennegrecidos por el viejo aceite. También pedí longanizas y estaban crudos por dentro y extremadamente secos.NO RECOMENDARÍA ALTAMENTE ESTE LUGAR, NI VOLVERÍA A REGISTRARLO AQUÍ. $ 32 por el desagüe

Okay I've been coming here for a minute now and Kay and her staff are absolute angels. I always feel at home and leave feeling spectacular and pampered! Wouldn't let anyone else touch my nails! The newly opened spa is a HUGE PLUS! Must visit!
