Instead of reflecting on your own problems at the first time, you evade and shirk responsibility. I don’t want to solve the problem. What is the meaning of your reply? After waiting for 40 minutes for takeout on the Panda platform, he said that he should remember to use a faster method next time. What is the faster method? It’s normal to say that dry-fried beef river is often out of stock because it sells so well. If you don’t stock it, you might as well just take it off the menu and stop selling it.

Went for pickup and waited 45 minutes. Not only that, they didn’t have beef chow fun which I originally wanted. Should have went to any Chinese fast food restaurant instead.

This place had a huge variety of foods. Personally, what I ordered was mediocre, however, what my family ordered tasted great. I’d recommend the combo or set meals. Additionally the wait time for our food was around 20 minutes.

This is the only restaurant that keeps making new food, every time I come to this restaurant, I don't get bored of the food, this time they have pineapple buns and burgers, pineapple buns are very good, burgers are good, at least I like them, The service is as good as ever! The price is still affordable. Hope they keep doing good !

First of all, this is the second time I've been here. Let's just say that there are drastic changes and needs for improvement. The waitress who was serving us needs to be re-trained. As harsh as that sounds, I think it's for the better. When the waitress was helping us order, she ran off to help other customers who came through the door. She didn't even prioritize us first, who were ordering food and had come in first, and did not even say "excuse me, I'll be right back," or call her coworkers to come help the other customers. We had to wait 5 minutes for her to come back, all the while the other staff members were just standing around.
In addition, I noticed that the waitress can only understand/speak minimal English. There's nothing wrong with that, but it seems like she does not know the difference between latte and Americano drinks. What is not acceptable is how the waitress was asking my friend what category the drinks were from my friend's phone (since she was ordering through a QR code). The waitress was ordering from an iPad. She didn't seem to understand the menu very well, as the menu specifically stated in English [Oolong Americano], not [Oolong latte]. That is just a language barrier, and I don't blame her for it; she seems new, and everyone needs to start somewhere. However, she could be a little more professional.
The worst part of the experience was the staff's lack of knowledge about their food storage. I ordered a [Sparkling Americano Mojito] and an [Ice Cream Cup with chocolate/cookie flavor]. It wasn't until about 10-15 minutes later that one of the staff members said they didn't have Mojito anymore and neither did they have the chocolate/cookie ice cream. It was a shame as I was looking forward to it after such a wait, and the waitress didn't mention anything about the lack of food. They asked if I wanted another dessert/drink, and I told them it was okay as I would just drink the lemon water they serve.
The other food that we got was an [Ice Cream Cup with fruits; the waitress said it contains fruits], [Fried Squid], [Oolong Americano], and [Lava Cake]. The [Ice Cream Cup with fruits] did not have any fruits. It was decorated with candies, which was misleading. The [Fried Squid] was crispy (+1) but very, very salty (-1). The [Oolong Americano] and [Lava Cake] were the only okay food items. Mind you, I only wanted the two items they didn't have, and the rest were my friend's order and what she shared with me. Remember how I said I would just drink lemon water? Well, I didn't get a refill until I was asking for the receipt. I didn't get a single refill of the lemon water, and my cup was only half full after eating the desserts and the salty food. My friend and I just got up, paid, left the money at the counter, and left because it wasn't worth staying there.
I was highly disappointed with their service, and I suggest they really need to step it up. I was looking forward to it since the first time their service was actually nice and the food was good. But now, well, I guess times change.
Found this restaurant while exploring the area. If you're feeling hungry definitely visit this place. Large portions, lovely flavours, loads to choose from the menu and not too expensive.
