This coffee shop is a gem. The cappuccino latte is top-notch, the pastries are scrumptious and nice variety, and the ambiance is simple, rustic and pleasant. A lot of outdoor seating. Too bad that their non-dairy milk choice is only almond or oat.

Went in to get an iced latte. The barista/cashier was incredibly rude and condescending. She was adamant about it being a latte even though I saw her making a cold brew instead. Furthermore, the cold brew was watered down. Never returning. This was 8/9/23 at around 9:00 AM.

I hate having to write any reviews as I know the impact it can have and we are all human and everyone has bad days. But this is now the 4th time going to Amys and the staff is just extremely rude. My order was incorrect and when questioning the order which I saw was made incorrectly I was told that it is just how they make it. I will not be returning. Bad days are fine but when I step into the space and time and time again feel unwelcomed and rushed, that is where I draw the line. I know Amy’s has had hiring issues in the past due to not being open last year at random days and hours- so it does explain a lot which to me seems they will not be open much longer. Should be excited to see your clients not ticked off. Highly recommend against this business.

Great sticky buns and espresso. Thanks for the yummy treat.

Those behind the bar were so unnecessarily unkind.

Mike Lastella

Great coffee and baked goods.

Delicious items unfortunately one of the staff members is so rude it’s astonishing she works here. My 3 year old son was checking out the items and his hand got inside the quarter inch opening at the bottom of the glass and touched one pastry before I got it out. Rather than being understanding and kind she started loudly telling me how I’m “gonna pay for THAT now” and “maybe you should teach your child not to touch what’s not his”. He’s three. There are cookies in there. She wrapped up what we initially ordered with a tremendous attitude but we walked out immediately in shock. Shouldn’t be in customer service if you lack care for the customer. This was today (Saturday) around 12:30pm.

Visiting from Tennessee…. So so good! Croissants are the best I’ve ever had!

I’m not sure about the other reviews. My experience was different.I was welcomed with a Hello, Good Morning as soon as I stepped inside. The atmosphere was calm and super chill. The customer service, in my opinion, was great. The lady at the counter was very helpful and full of positive vibes.Over all, I had a great experience!I’m not sure what’s the name of the things I’ve had but I’ve had a little taste of a few items on the menu. Man, they were fresh. They were really good and sweet. Just like how I prefer.Thank you Amy’s Bread !

I love this place and visit often. The food and drinks are great and the line usually goes by quickly. My only complaint is that it doesn’t have a large dining in culture, and you’re usually encouraged to leave after buying something.

Their products are great, I’ve tried the quiche and the carrot cake and both were delicious. The only BIG complain is the service, especially by the person who’s usually there in the afternoons. No matter how nicely I ask what I want, she always has an attitude as if she was annoyed with any request. Twice happened that I ordered a chai latte and burned my tongue and throat so much it hurt for days. Both times she forgot to add milk and I had to throw the tea away because it was just the strong chai mixture. The third time (today) I had to ask for more milk knowing what had happened the previous time, and even with cold milk the tea was so hot I couldn’t start drinking until 30min later. It’s a pity, the place is great and is next door but I don’t think I’ll give it another try unless they address the service their employees give to the clients

Fresh bread from Amy’s feels like a walk through history. Exceptionally reasonable prices and a helpful staff inspires nostalgia for a time when “the customer is always right” and selling a good product mattered.I recommend pairing a fresh (demi) baguette with a lightly salted cup of olive oil, to make an understated snack the center piece of an afternoon conversation.

Amy's has terrific sourdough bread, at two levels of sourness - tangy more sour than levain country.

A little disappointed ? they never seem to have the coconut dream bar. It's my ultimate favorite
