Best ramen in Williamsburg, and I’ve tried them all. Perfect broth, perfect chashu, authentic recipes, outstanding service. Replicates the Osaka experience - you’ll feel like you’re eating at a hereditary family shop that’s been perfecting their ramen for hundreds of years.

Placed an order with Uber eats. Was waiting for 1 hour and they cancelled it last minute. Not good!

I dont really leave a negative review but this one is very disappointing.
- the staffs were inattentive, kinda rushed my order. I havent finish ordering food and he just left me ?
- hard boiled egg for both of my ramens
- broth was disappointing
- ordered chicken chasu as a substitute, they gave me on the side. I need to tell them that i think my chasu should be on top of my ramen
- chicken chasu almost no flavor
- ordered spicy sauce and they gave me hot sauce like sriracha
- inside was very messy and unorganized
Positive side:
Noodle was cooked perfectly
I dont think i will come back

My partner and I came 30 minutes before close to get some ramen before we went out for drinks down the street. The staff was happy to accommodate us, the food was made quickly and tasted amazing! Also they have a great gluten free noodle & broth option that my partner loved. Bare bones, tiny shop, you know it's going to be amazing. Highly recommend!

The broth was not great. Both the smell and flavor were a bit off. The egg was hard boiled, not jammy. Noodles were very undercooked. The pork was soft and had a decent flavor. The workers were pleasant and the service was mostly good. It's a small, quiet place. Has a nice neighborhood vibe but probably gets really uncomfortable if more than just a couple of people are there.

No frill ramen shop. Was able to walk in on a Tuesday night & didn't have a wait. Simple menu & good portions.

Best Ramen I’ve had in NYC. I woke up the next day thinking about the Spicy Kimchi Ramen. ??

Genuinely offended by this food, why is the egg hard boiled? The broth tasted like garlic peel and damp, the staff are nice enough but it felt backhanded when the food came out.

Unfortunately very mediocre, ramen broth was lacking in taste.
