Was in the mood for fish and grits found this place on Uber Eats. Before i ordered i called up to ask what kind of fish it was because a lot of places use Tilapia and I don’t particularly like Tilapia. The lady that answered said it would be fried flounder. So i proceeded to order . Didn’t see anywhere to add cheese to grits so i put it in the notes . First thing i noticed when the food arrived was that the note was crossed out with pen on the menu so i guess the cheese was a hard no. Okay no problem . But when i open the plate and seen that frozen bag fish filet in my plate on those lumpy tasteless grits i was highly upset that i evn bothered to order this. Evn after trying it add my own seasoning i couldn’t enjoy those grits 15$ plus tax and delivery fees. All a waste very disappointing.

I always enjoy coming to this diner. It's a great way to start your day. They make you feel so welcome. The servers are very accomodating. The service is quick & the server makes great suggestions. We had eggs over easy, soft scrambled eggs, sausages, hash browns & pancakes. Everything was cooked just right. You always get your order, coffee included, nice & hot. The prices are very reasonable & the menu is quite extensive. 1 of this neighborhoods true gems. 🤗🤗🤗

Have ordered online before, food seemed to suffer from delivery, wanted to visit in person to see if it was better. The staff are disgustingly bigoted so unfortunately I made it exactly 30 seconds in the restaurant before being asked to leave due to wearing an N95 mask. So if you’re immunocompromised, care about the health and wellbeing of others, or enjoy good food cooked by nice people, avoid at all costs.

Ordered on Uber Eats asked them to put cheddar cheese on the grits and they didn't. I knew from the look of the grits when I opened the container it was not going to be good. The kernels of the grits were large so it was not smooth in texture no taste at all. Tasted like water. Flavorless. I went and added salt, pepper and my own cheese and it was still nasty. They need to take this item off of the menu... The sausage egg and cheese sandwich was just OK. Nothing to write home about. They must make this food with elderly people who have high blood pressure or diabetes in mind, because anyone with taste buds wouldn't say this is good.

The food was so good and coffee on point my kids enjoyed as well a 10/10 for me and cozy 90s vibes clean and comfortable miss these type of diners as a kid glad my kids experienced it with me and food get you full we will be back ❤️❤️❤️
