In the past few years their combination platter has gone from $7-$8 For dinner to now $13.75…… all their prices on their food have doubled 100%. Making it impossible to feed a family undoable and making us the working class pay double for food just to have a meal. Best thing to do is go to the nearby stores for good price sandwiches, the Spanish cafe around the corner has great food at a good price and or the supermarket where you can just buy groceries and make your food. Any of that is better than spending double on just one meal!!
Ever since my favorite spot chuang chin on hoyt street downtown Brooklyn closed a few weeks ago I've been desperately seeking a new spot that's equally good, especially for that good flavor Chinese fried chicken........I passed this spot many times but never had the time to stop and get anything, plus usually around the time I'm passing they be busy looking. Today I did , I stopped in and , it did not disappoint .....I got the 1/2 chicken with chicken fried rice.....the food tasted fresh and it tasted good....I usually judge the spot based on the fried chicken (a go to for me )....and this place hit the spot, it was fresh and tasted like Chinese fried chicken, not just fried chicken....this hit the spot I dammm near ate the whole thing my all by myself...I'm so happy so far ....I think this might be my new spot...gotta try a few more items, like the lo mein and shrimp and broccoli , but this is definitely my new spot for Chinese fried chicken at the moment....they lady who took the order was nicce and so were the prices
The food is insanely good, the vibes are on a whole nother level. Downright iconic really...
Very busy at night but worth the wait

1st Chinese food that is bland missing salt. Very misleading with the prices on line. Ordered chicken wings
