The food at Antojitos Ecuatorianos was amazing — the ceviche is a solid 10 out of 10! The service was also great; the staff was super attentive.
However, I wouldn’t say it’s a place to sit and chat for a long time. It’s more of a quick eat-and-go spot because there are only a few tables and the place is pretty small. So if you want to enjoy some delicious food, eat up and make room for others — it gets busy fast!

I ordered delivery today 2/23/25 a soup caldo de salchicha And a watita the watita had no flavor and tripe was not cleaned right the caldo de salchicha was like the last of the bottom of the pot they gave me a container with no liquid it had just the blood sausage filling I had never seen the soup like this I throw out both orders I didn’t care the charge was $45.00 as long the food would be great i deleted the number after this horrible foods

If you don't speak or read in Spanish, this isn't the place for you unless you have one of those little translator devices or apps on your phone. They do not speak English.
That being said, the food is sooooo good. This restaurant serves Ecuadorian cuisine, I think, mostly centered around the Guayas (Guayaquil). It's one of the very few places that serve muchines (fried yucca with cheese inside). The food is pricey, but there's a reason for that. The portions are huge. Be prepared to take a to go bag home. They also have cheaper lunch specials if you go there during a certain time.
Also, the last time I was there, they had bread babies or guaguas de pan. It's decorated sweet bread that's made for dia de los difuntos (aka dia de los muertos). Some traditions in my family were lost, so this was my first time having this bread. It was delicious.
The bill was confusing. If you're going to South America for the first time, I suggest going here first to help prepare you for the differences. The bill was done in a way that South America does it. For example, $5.31 would look like $5,31. This would be a perfect prep place to go. It really does feel like you're in another country when you're in there.
Definitely give it a try if you're in the neighborhood. You'll enjoy yourself.
Feeling the culture of coastal Ecuador when I’m in here, I truly feel at home, the people, the employees, the food. They have an array of Ecuadorian food that many don’t have. The prices are great for the portions they serve. Weekends are busy but I truly enjoy watching the community gather and enjoy their food. Quality of food is great, sometimes I over order because I want to taste everything and end up taking food home for later. I am also very happy to see this business thrive.

Delight in these flavors that melt your palate and transport you to the equator of your soul. Delicious fish bun ? and the seafood rice wow churrasco some delights I recommend it 100%
I bought two mixed bolones and they were inedible, they had fried them with old oil that tasted disgusting, you couldn't eat it, the place. Dirty, terrible attention. I would not go to this place again and I do not recommend it.
