Great concept and a really cool space, but the food was a bit of a letdown. I had the everything bagel with tomato and cream cheese and found it pretty underwhelming. It wasn't bad, just felt like a standard bagel despite the high expectations. I love the vibe of the place, but the flavors didn't quite move the needle for me.

very popular places, the name brand of it tell it all. This is first time I tried it after hearing about it for long time before. I love the cleanliness, quick service, clean restroom. Its very crowd but you don't have to wait for too long because serving is quick. Little pricey but I think its fine for a good bagels The burger is really good, i enjoyed both of them. their bagel bread is in store bake (as i heard) so its very soft, fresh bagels with slightly crispy skin. Only thing I dont like about the space is there are too little table to sit. I would not mind going there on the summer but it's hell in the winter because you have to wait for quite a time before you can find a sit to enjoy your bagel.

I visited the Williamsburg location, and it's so inviting. The food is delicious and the quality is superb!! Employees are super friendly and the entire atmosphere was chill. I love the dog-friendlyness too, made me miss my little one who passed away a month ago so much but super heartwarming.

Took one of their everything bagels to go- nothing on it. And went home to dress it up and they were good but nothing to write home about. I went Christmas Eve so no line. The sandwich prices are super expensive and even an everything bagel with nothing was $3ish i believe. The seating is no frills just basics tables and there’s a lot of room. Don’t taste much different that they are sourdough but i did get the everything bagel, so maybe that’s why.
