I was sitting at the bar and my friend ordered another drink and was shaded by the bartender (Lauren) because she asked for another drink ands interrupted her conversation she was having comfortably. She then continued to say the drink will have the same ingredients whether there was little ice or not…. Instead of actually making the drink as asked. The manager (Carl) came over to “assist” and got loud with my friend at the bar (a woman). All the while her drink had still not been made. The drink was as normally and too much mixer was added.

I’m a Macys worker I went late around 10:40 I got food to go it took up to 11:45 to get that’s unbelievable they need a better cook and manager that takes the job seriously at every hour not only morning and evening cause that’s not fair to the people who come later in the night for a quick meal the price was okay 28 dollars for chicken basket fries and spinach&artichoke dip with chips very calm environment was very ghetto not like the apple bee’s with class

This restaurant was so disappointing. My husband and I went for lunch. The restaurant was empty. The waiter was involved in personal conversation. That he dropped our food off at our table and that was the last we seen of him. He never came back and asked if we was ok. Did we need anything nothing. He was so unprofessional. We paid and left no tip.
