I am ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED that I decided to eat at this restaurant. I waited a very long time for a waiter to take my order until I called him. I waited almost half an hour for my meal, and for $20 with tax, I got a burger that consisted of half onions and half grease. Although it was called a mushroom burger, I could barely find three thin slices of mushrooms among a ton of onions. I wasn't surprised by the dry, microwaved potatoes. They brought me a straw, but no water to wash down this meal. The menu does not indicate drink prices. Although tables for two were available, I was seated at a table for four in the middle of the aisle. I would give zero stars if I could.

We arrived around 2:30 they took our order at 3:15. We didn’t get drinks until 3:35, and the food was served around 3:50. Horrible service.

I went here for a farewell dinner for my friend Kevin who insists Applebee's is his favorite restaurant, which is one of those things that I think started as a bit but gradually became real. For some reason the enormous screen in the middle of the restaurant played an infomercial for hearing aids which was pretty goofy and then got goofier when it played again in it's entirety and when it started playing in full a third time we were totally enthralled with how much space was being given in this restaurant to selling hearing aids. So as you can imagine when it stopped we were a little disappointed that something normal would be coming on to the enormous screen. So boy were we in luck (?) when a new infomercial started playing for Operation Smile which is a charity that does surgery on children with deformed mouths. The sound wasn't on so I don't know why the children's mouths are deformed but I saw a ton of screaming children with extremely deformed mouths getting surfery, EASILY the most childrens' mouth surgery I've ever seen in a restaurant. At one point there was a still photo on screen of a child with an exploded mouth and just the word "nightmare." And I wouldn't call children having horrible and seemingly quite painful deformities "funny" per se, it's very sad and horrible and I'm glad they're getting surgery so they can have good lives, but watching a 30 minute infomercial play twice (we left midway into the second screening) absolutely chock-a-block filled with footage of horribly deformed children screaming in fear and pain while everybody's like ordering onion rings and complaining about how their milkshake has a bunch of ice in it (weird move, weird way to make a milkshake) was one of the most surreal and hilarious experiences of my life. I'd get into conversation, eat some of my food and for just a second I'd forget about the screaming children show and then I'd look up and oh wow that is still on we are fully committed to this being what's on! And since we were there mostly as a kind of really expensive joke to celebrate a friend it was basically a bonus but I have to imagine if like a family with a bunch of kids went there for somebody's birthday they probably would not like seeing mouth surgery while they eat. I'm fairly certain at Chili's they don't show mouth surgery on the TVs.

Where do I begin...I waited over an hour for my food, at which point I was no longer hungry upon arrival. The Bourbon Chicken and Shrimp (which had to be remade) was not prepared properly. I never received the Mozzarella Sticks from my son's kids meal. The Quesadillas were mediocre, at best. The Boneless Buffalo Chicken was decent. I was only able to eat the 2 celery sticks that arrived with the boneless chicken. The constant ringing of the fire alarm was very disruptive and disturbing. The waitress never checked on us. I had to call her to our table several times. I took my son to celebrate his bday which was on V-Day. I was extremely dissatisfied with the service and food. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this location.

This was a very interesting experience. The restaurant had 1 server cover the dining and the bar area at the same time. They had a large to go order so it took 20 min for a simple meal. I wouldn't come back here.

Take your business elsewhere if you can. Firstly this place is extremely small and very tight especially if you're placed in the center area with square tables like we were. As if that wasn't bad enough a million people are brushing past you while you're trying to eat it's rather uncomfortable and annoying. The photographer needs to find another job. There's not enough space for him to be running around taking pictures and trying to sell them. You're not BBQs. . .No offense. As far as the staff go. The waiters seemed a bit inconvenienced but we were taken care of by Nellie (I think that's her name, I don't have the receipt.) She was very kind. However, I've taken the time to write this review for that Mrs.Puff looking hostess of theirs. She needs to be fired immediately. The nasty look on her face is an immediate put-off. She caught an attitude with me because I asked to be sat in a booth. If there was no room or something I'd understand. I saw three empty booths with my own eyes and she still refused. At first, I didn't say anything. I figured maybe it was because it was a small party (two people). However, the more people that came in, I noticed that every single group that came after us she sat them in a booth. There were parties of two and parties of four. They all had something in common, now, I don't want to assume it was a race thing but that's the vibe it gave as every family she sat in a booth (the same booth that was unavailable to me) was white. Not to mention the fact that they were seated before people who were there waiting for longer. Anyway no big deal I wasn't even going to write a review. That changed when she walked past our table with her cell phone in hand and a tray up to her face. I won't say she was recording us but I'm about eighty percent sure that she was or at least trying to because who does that? Even if she wasn't, she shouldn't have her face that close to anything she's serving to customers. She also decided to talk to her co-workers about the situation. I watched them point over to us, look at us and continue talking. There's no need for that, especially when you have customers waiting to be seated. It's very unprofessional. I also want to add that she went out of her way to cover her name tag every time I tried to get a glimpse of it. She walked past the table spinning in circles so I couldn't see it. When I left the restaurant I tried to get another look and she covered it with a menu. The atmosphere is not it. The layout is terrible. The food is also nasty the quesadilla is greasy and the cheese is packy, the chips are stale and taste like oil. Just please go somewhere else. Don't support this location. It sucks. Shout out to Nellie, she was cool.

Got sat quickly only to wait 20 mins for a waiter to take our orders. Food came in about 10-15 mins. Burger was warm, juicy and flavorful but warm. The fries were a mix of cool and hot. Salted at least. I was clear about asking for a Raspberry brisk and got a blue raspberry mnt dew. I didnt finish it because Im not too into soda.
The waitress was okay, attentive but service was off. I would never go back, every time I try to give apple bees a chance the service is always garbage. It’s been maybe 7 yrs since I dined at a AB and this will be my last. I will stick to go to the cheesecake factory 2-3 times a year for special occasions.

We waited 45mins for a table for 7 but the restaurant was not crowded so that’s why I rated 4 stars. Otherwise everything was great.

My experience was terrible. The servers were not doing their job properly they were giving people the wrong receipts, giving people the wrong orders ( I asked for the chicken sandwich combo NO TOMATOES, and I was given a sandwich with tomatoes and hardly any mayonnaise) and the energy in delivery was beyond low, and People were complaining to me about it.I’m not expecting people to be fake but don’t expect to get a positive result if you’re intention is to be rude and disrespectful. Regardless of how someone is dressed or what you might now of them. The Applebees I used to know was packed regardless of the time of day. I kind of see why it isn’t always busy.By the way, I don’t have favorites when it comes to tipping people, that’s just the type of person I am.
The food was pretty average, nothing special, the staff wasn’t friendly and the tables weren’t the cleanest. It was my first time there and I don’t think I will ever come back.
