Water cups, no plates for the appetizers, had us eating on napkins, no steak knife for the steak? Plastic fork and knife. Never came to check on us. I had to go look for them for the steak knife, hot sauce, refill on the drinks. They didn’t guide us out or let us know to exit through the back because the mall was closed.

I went to the Applebee's in the Atlantic Ave mall. The food was not bad, but the service was terrible! Our waitress did not get our order, or bill, correct. She never came by the check on us. We had to ask another server to track her down, and then we had to wait 15 minutes for her to show up. The bathrooms were filthy! Also, it is the only Applebee's that I have been to that the cutlery was small & plastic. I will never go to this Applebee's again!!

This place is garbage. The food is mediocre. The service is worse than the food. Waitress forgot parts of the order. Drinks weak. People who actually like this have zero standards. And 20 dollars for a salad bag with a chicken strip on it is egregious.

Food was decent the place is nice and there is the sweetest server named fantasia shes super sweet and kind
