DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. DO NOT!!! I travel for work so in between clients I had about an 1hr30min break & said why not try this Applebees. I lived in Bk for 17+ years and Ive never been to this location. I wish I stuck with that. Upon arrival everything was cool, I was seated almost immediately. The restaurant was empty so Idk why they decided to sit me in a packed area in which the table needed to be cleaned before I sat down. I ordered a mushroom swiss burger with fries and a sangria. The sangria was great, no complaints there but when the food came out everything was just wrong. First, I went to bite into the burger and there was a dime sized amount of sauce on the bun. Im black, we like seasonings and flavor. Why tf would you give me this bland ssa burger with barely any sauce? Ok, now for the fries. How do you mess that up? Simple, by giving me fries from an order that someone ate and didnt finish. The fries were NOT fresh they weren’t even warm when they got to me. Also, it was mixed with a half eaten chicken tender. Nothing was offered to me bc of the inconvenience. I reached out to corporate never got a call back. I paid my bill & left. My waitress was cool so I didnt want to take any money out of her pocket but never again. Trust me, DO NOT go here!!!

I had a really upsetting experience at this restaurant today. When I walked in, the waitress looked me up and down and rudely asked if I was dining alone. Although the place was almost empty, she got annoyed when I tried to choose my own table, insisting that she was the one to decide where guests should sit. Her behavior was so off-putting that I nearly started crying and felt compelled to leave. I wish I could give this place a negative rating.

Took too long to get food and then when I did get food food was not prepared evenly very cold had to take food back twice manager sucks did not help out only gave 30% off when the whole meal and waited after 2 hours I should have got better service than that and they seem like they didn't even care that we was waiting understaffed very understanding need more employees to help coming from Baltimore I feel very very sad the ones in Baltimore are way better than that one that I came to to disappointed

My experience of the restaurant was unprofessional and disgusting my food was cold we waited thirty minutes for our table the table was sticky and we didn’t get menus silverware and the bathroom was disgusting with urine stains on the toilets and the waiter was rushing was rushing orders and telling my friend to hurry up and order. Didn’t get no water until we got our food, my food was cold sloppy and the chicken was uncooked. I gave this restaurant bad reviews. I didn’t like that place I don’t recommend this place for nobody to eat
