The manager Doshia at this establishment was rude. The food was undercooked after requesting well done. The second attempt still had undercooked chicken. Manager snatched the plate after 1st complaint was given and insisted that food was cooked. Had an attitude. I dont usually post reviews but this is the second occurrence of her rudeness. The server was great.

The bartender today 9 1 2021 was amiable and professional and inviting. But the one present on Saturday was less engaging. A time existed before Covid that a seat could not be found....because it was so popular.let us return to that place

Once I arrived I had to wait a half & hour for someone 2 come & seat us than once seated waited another half & hour to take my order & waited a long time for my food & drinks and it was my boyfriend's birthday bad experience with this restaurant

Haven’t eaten at this location in a while but we all know what to expect from Applebee's. Came in here for the 2 for $25 promo but the server Jackson steered us in the right direction and upgraded us.
Was actually pleasantly surprised with the riblets and mashed potato’s!

I was at Applebee's on Nostrand Ave with 2 other guests. The service was poor. I was at the table 25 minutes before a server came. We ordered beverages and an appetizer. It took 15 minutes for one beverage, 20 minutes for the second one and I never got my beverage. Tried to talk to a manager but the hostess ignored us. By this time our food order was never taken, after 50 minutes of absolutely horrible service we walked out.

Horrible food, extreme wait time for food, we had all you could eat and waiting an additional 30 min for refill. Once we said something to manager. Our waiter whom seem nice, quickly showed her backside. By the way it was super empty we should have known.
I usually have a great experience, but I went in there, July 24'th to pick up an order, this waitress walked by like I wasn't even there when I was clearly trying to grab her attention. I gave her the benefit of the doubt because I notice she had earpods on, so as she walked right by me for the second time, I said excuse me and she just went off on me, yelling saying I heared you and don't touch me. I've never been treated so rudly at a restaurant before, It was like she was trying to make me feel dirty and insignificant. I will not be recommending this place to anyone. And after I told my family and friends about that day, they'll no longer be going there.

Hostess was in the back, had to wait to be seated in an empty restaurant. Placed order for an app and didn't get drinks until after the app was out. Order fetucinne Alfredo and after over an HOUR of waiting told the waiter to just pack it to go. Other table cames in, got their foor and PAID before I got mine. Idk if it's the reason, but I was the only person in the store of a certain skin complexion. There's no reason other tables got there AFTER me, got their food first (which BTW was the same dish) and got to pay and leave before I got my food. The food wasn't even good. Totally bland and the chicken was dry, rubbery and burnt. Like how hard is it to make a pasta dish with some grilled chicken? On top of all that my bill was 75 freaking dollars for two Alfredo two drinks and one app... off the wall price, bad food, and worse service.
