We went in yesterday, at 2:50pm didn’t see a waiter until 3:15, all the drinks came out one at a time the mozzarella sticks and wings came out so it’s 4:30 still no food , we place a order Togo when we place our food, after waiting hours the waiter came and said the server is new we didn’t know what she was talking about , because she’s the one being the food to other tables at this point we had our baby , I told her let me speak to a manager , I told him this is horrible we ended paying for the drinks and to the Togo food and we couldn’t eat there so he gave us the food to take home . We still ended paying when we was waiting there for hours to eat , this is so unprofessional we was told our waiter gave the food to someone else , smh before that I’m like where is our food oh she going to check come on know , smh this is the worse restaurant I ever been to.of u go u would be waiting long

The food was incredible, ordered chicken with fries and it was juicy, hot, and flavorful. The meal was pretty filling. The customer service is also phenomenal, the waiter was really nice and caring, had a really nice conversation with him, he made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Loved the experience.

This Applebees is closer to home located. I have been going here with my son for a while. The Atmosphere is quiet and waiters are great and wait time is never too crazy compared to the Erskine Gateway Mall. Also with Target upstairs and Homegoods around the corner, it is a perfect location. Food was great and drinks too. I love the chicken wonton tacos as an appetizer and also artichoke and spinach dip with Salsa. The Sangria from the Bar is good too. Prices are reasonable. Definitely will keep coming back here!!! The Buffalo boneless wings are disgusting, The waiter took 15 minutes to tend to us and another 35 to get us our food we got boneless wings, shrimp, and two drinks. The man after 20 minutes returned o meask us what we had ordered, after another 10 minutes he brought us our food, but no drinks. Instead he brought a water. His attitude is not fit for a workplace and it seemed as if he was under the influence of something. THE MAN BROUGHT OUT CIGARETTES AT THE TABLE
I do not recommend! The first bad sign was waiting almost 10 minutes for the host to come over and acknowledge us. When she did come over, she didn't even greet us first. She went to the security guard to chat with him even though I was at the host stand noticeably waiting. She looked bothered that I wanted to sit down. This was around 9pm and not near closing. I guess at a certain time, they don't turn the tables. The table right bythe entrance was littered with dishes, not what you want to see as soon as you step through the door, but also tables that left are we came sat with the mess after this customers left. I won't name the waiter, but they should use notepads as they not only brought us the wrong drink, but there was a mixup with the food as well. There was an extremely long wait for our other drinks too. The food took a long time as well even though we ordered appetizers. Go across the street the BBQ's! Even the check took forever!!! I can't even tell you how long we waited for it, but it was around 30 minutes. We had to ask multiple times for water. It's not something that has to be prepared so why did it take so long? Where was our take out container? Where were our refills? The staff either walked around aimlessly, sat on their phones, chatted in groups with each other, or were nowhere to be found. I get that this isn't the fanciest neighborhood, but I didn't expect such poor service. Very bad form! And the bathroom stunk. I went in twice. The first time, IDK why it smelled disgusting, the second time was B.O. so strong I couldn't tell if the general smell was fixed. Food was good. Drinks were OK. I probably won't be back to this location any time soon.Kid-friendliness: They have kid's menus and crayons.Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible. The doorways are wide and a lot of tables have movable chairs.

Never again will I come here, especially for their so-called $14.99 all-you-can-eat. Which features wings, fried shrimp, bbq pork riblets & fries. It's a joke! After the initial round, they limit you to 5 measely pieces of whichever item you chose. And if that's not bad enough, you have to wait 20-30 minutes for each subsequent round. I've never experienced such horrible service. It took forever to get water & coffee as well. They also don't offer free refills. On top of this, the waiter brought over the bill without us indicating we were finished. Imagine, after 2 stingy rounds they were trying to usher us out the door. The nerve, we demanded another round, of course, as pitiful as they were. All in all, the worse promotion ever, shameful!Next time I'll go to Red Lobster's Endless Shrimp or even Olive Garden's Unlimited Soup & Salad.

There is alot to be said about service. It can make or break an experience. Checking to see if the food is ready, making sure drinks are refilled and guests are somewhat satisfied should be the goal. You shouldn't have to look for your server. I've had great experiences here but the service at 12pm-1pm sucked. The staff was very slow to come around, food was wayyyy too salty and it was impossible to get a drink refill.I'm going to give here a break moving forward, Applebee's isn't really good anymore and the service here is very lackluster. I wasted my time coming here with family and I'm disappointed that there is no real oversight here.Kid-friendliness: Not at all

The food is good when you go inside the restaurant but when you order delivery the food is tasteless dry and not good at all please give better service when you’re delivering the food because when you make the food for delivery it’s not good at all please take your time to make the food for deliveries. I’m disappointed every time I paid a lot for it so I’m expecting good service and good food flavor. The broccoli is bitter. The pasta is dry add some more sauce.
