Food was great, staff was very nice. Had a Anniversary breakfast with the family. Shelly-Ann was our server and she was wonderful.

The bartender was rude. Took forever for her to even acknowledge us at the bar then came the attitude finally got some drinks and the bill without asking if we wanted anything else.

The food was to go and was really good so if there's a next time it would be order pickup and leave

Went to applebee's for dinner to treat my long lost friend, his birthday... food is good, cocktail was too strong made me dizzy after 2 sips and didn't like the service... the communication was not good, it made to me with my friend was embarrasing...

Average food, good service, had some 2 for 25 specials with the larger steak for an extra $7. Honestly not worth the upgrade.

Food took to long making it cold. Service at thr bar was not there. Otue4 people received their things before we got our. It is an Applebee's they all look the same

Came in for a girls’ night with my nieces and we absolutely loved our experience, all thanks to Susan. She was welcoming, patient, and just genuinely kind. She helped us figure out what to order, gave honest recommendations, and even let us know about a meal deal we completely overlooked, love someone who actually helps you save money instead of just taking the order.

The food was hit or miss (1/2 the order was delicious others like the greens were overcooked), but Susan is the reason we’ll come back. If you’re eating here, pray she’s working because she really made the night special. 💛

Worst feeling is I never got the attention as a customer.

Im leaving and left behind my salad. Which I never saw ....it never came out.

This location is absolutely disgusting.
• Smells of dirty mop water when you come in
• Tables sticky
• Server attitudes are terrible. Many of which don’t even greet you. There is probably one server in entire restaurant who has some semblance of customer service.
• My most recent waiter is digging in her ears while we ordered.
• The manager does not care and the place is running to the ground. He walks around nonchalantly with his AirPods in.
• Food is subpar at best.
• And overall sucks because it is such a convenient location in Gateway but I’ve had just about enough.

If you are someone who does not care about who’s handling your food, or unprofessionalism, by all means come here. 😊

If you have an idea of good food good service this is Not the place to go. Short staff, Terrible, Terrible cook. The General Manager poor man hr is trying but it seems that he is surrounded by people whodo not want to work. Sadly bad experience.
