Food was good. My kids enjoyed the time out. My server Mr Delroy was efficient and catered to out needs quickly. His attitude was very positive given how packed and busy the place was.

We had to wait 35 minutes for a waiter to take our drink orders. Waitress completely ignored one member of our party, didn’t give them utensils. Never seen an Applebee’s with service this poor.

My server was the only good experience here. The food I ordered looked like frozen food, that was defrosted, then dehydrated. I took one look at it and knew something was off. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and tried a little . Never again would I want anything that even looked the way that food looked, or anything from this restaurant . I politely explained my concern and was able to order something else at no extra cost. I spent over $100 and tipped generously. Only the tip I felt good about because my server went above and beyond. This restaurant needs a whole makeover, starting from the kitchen. One star for the food and 5 start for the server.

Not enough bartenders for a convenient lunch. Took forever to get refills or checks. Corporate needs to up the pay to keep good talent.!pretty much the same as anywhere else in this area

This might be the worst service I’ve ever gotten from an Applebees. Very incompetent staff in more than one aspect.

I'm not too picky, the foods good to me , servers are nice but that's about it. Sometimes it take 20min to order your food then another 20 to 30min to receive it but when you do it comes under cooked and comes with stuff you asked specifically not to have on it. Then you can't even enjoy your food because this place tends to harbor flies flying around and and being very persistent on getting on your food, one time I witnessed a family of 4 for 30 min occasionally wavering their hands to swat out the flies.

I like to visit between 3pm & 6pm. It's not as busy. I usually sit by the bar, because I like this beautiful young lady, her name is Victoria, and she is so awesome & she's usually there around that time. There is also a young man called Shamar who is usually by the bar, and who is the nicest person, and so professional.My favorite is the spinach dip, the Oriental salad and the chicken tacosyummy. There is free parking.
