The seating and open space should be Back in place, take down the plastic curtains that's becoming dirty.The food is precooked, heated and sold, a common thing in the fast food industry, so it will go cold quickly, for the price it's not bad.Still no workers of other races, only Japanese/Asian, however, they're very friendly and respectful

Ordered the food through delivery and the food arrived over cooked and had poor quality in taste. You could clearly tell that the food that was prepared wasn't fresh and barely had any effort put into making it. If I could rate it a 0 star I would, I wouldn't recommend.

The delivery man way very rude when I told him that I didn’t have enough to give him a tip. He told me since I couldn’t give him a tip, not to order delivery from them again. Never ordering from them again if it’s take out or delivery. They’re food isn’t all that anyways.

I think their Salmon Lovers is the best out of all the ones I have tried. The food is fresh and make in an appropriate amount of time.

I think I contracted covid from this place (no I hadn’t gone outside and no nobody in my home contracted it and brought it with them everyone was tested) this happened within the span of 4 days and a half after eating the food I was on off from school so there is no possible way for me to have had contracted covid within my home which didnt have any infected people in it

Their customer service is excellent who ever answers the phone they are really polite. This is my favorite sushi spot and I love how they do delivery with cash as well. (We don’t always have money in our cards)
I waited three hours for my order and it still never arrived. I called multiple times and was put on hold for over 5 minutes with no response each time

Freshest fish I've had in a long time. Top quality sushi and sashimi. Don't let the location to see you, this is on par with high traffic locations in Manhattan. I've gotten the same two dishes from here three times and I swear every time I have them they are better than the last (salmon lover and tuna lover if you're curious).

The guys working there are nice but one of the women who answers is really rude to everyone for no reason hanging up on customers.never have i had to raise my voice and ask for a manager until today. I understand having a customer service job but this is something that had no reason happening at all!
