My girlfriend and I got bowls and she usually gets two servings of brown sugar which is whag she ordered, I can’t belive what I heard we called them and they said they had no boba at all and decided without trying to contact us like any regular human being would to let us know and ask us to replace the topping with something else, I am beyond upset, uber gave no refund they disrespected me and my girlfriend for not trying to contact us and give us half of we ordered, this business has fallen off food quality has got worse and this is not the first time something like this has happened. I’m very ashamed and disappointed, never buying from here again and would rather go to the other stores like baya bar as they treat there customers with respect and do everything right. I recommend to avoid this location though very poor service and food quality

I usually order from here Especially when it comes to açai bowls. I ordered today from Uber eats and I ordered two toppings of brown sugar, Boba. Instead of calling me to tell me, they had no more Boba. They just did not include it, which was two toppings I paid for that I did not receive. I called them to let them know, and they just blatantly admitted that they purposefully did not reach out To let me know that there was A missing item that I could substitute. So basically, I paid money to get something I didn’t want and Uber eats is refusing to do a refund as well since it wasn’t their issue. They could’ve called And or reached out to let me know but again PURPOSELY chose not to. Waste of money 100% $15 for a small ass bowl of açaí and just strawberries and bananas.

Friendly and warm employees. I was greeted with a smile. Excellent service too. First time here and got a few homemade cookies, oatmeal raisin and red velvet, both are delicious. Would recommend this place to anyone.

WASH YOUR HANDS before cooking!
I ordered crepes, which I paid for, but I ended up throwing them away.
The woman who was preparing the crepes was sweeping the floor before cooking. After that, she handled money with her hands and didn’t wash them before starting to cook!
She put a glove on one hand (thank you for that at least), but during the preparation, she touched the cream cheese bag with her bare, dirty hand and then with the gloved hand ( The gloved hand touched the same spot that the dirty hand had touched.) . Afterward, she used the same gloved hand to handle the smoked salmon, eggs, ham and flip the crepes!
I decided not to eat it.

I received a response to my comment, and I kindly ask you to read it again or check your cameras to see that your employees do not wash their hands! To put on gloves, hands must be WASHED—both hands—and only after that should gloves be put on both hands, not just one!
