Although the waitress is very nice, the place is very unsanitary, do not drink the water they give you. I found disgusting left over food from someone else in my glass! The tables are not properly cleaned and neither are the chairs. What ever you do, to not order the big chicken!!!?? NOT SEASOND AT ALL and the well done steak was so raw it looked like it was still breathing and the tables are also very small so don't order too much. Other than that the prices were very reasonable and everyone there was very nice and friendly.
Nice staff, great lamb chops and cheesecake! (Don't forget to ask for the mint jelly.) If you ask nicely, you can get a server who sings.
American style diner with an interesting variety of food. The menu seems to have changed from the last time I was there. Prices have increased a bit, but the servings were generous and the service was very good. We tried the Veggie Burger Deluxe, Gyro Deluxe, and Fried Chicken in a Basket. Next time I am going to try the South African shrimp.
This place was once a nice place to eat. It now seems like where people would eat after a night of drinking. The place is unkept. The bathroom smelled of urine when you entered. This restaurant should be updated or closed down.
Haven't been in years. Food was plentiful and the atmosphere was pleasant. The drink was good but not very strong even though we asked for top shelf. My mother enjoyed herself.
My family and I have been coming here for about 16 years. Nolstalgic for us. Food is always great as well as the service. My younger daughter loves their waffles with ice cream. Great spot to eat.
Nice spot, retro vibe, a little rough on the edges. Food was decent, didnt like the home fries.
Went here in the afternoon with my family. The service was amazing and very accommodating. I would recommend this restaurant for dinner. It was a great time!
A splash of nostalgia greets you as soon as you walk through the door. It takes you back to a time when customer service was valued and appreciated. From getting seated, to ordering, to receiving your food. Our waiter, a man of many hats, David (with the upside down nametag) was a treasure and a pleasure. Experienced and Weathered in the true Art that is Customer Service, he was attentive, amusing, and Extremely Professional. The food was excellent and recieved in a timely manner. This establishment definitely gained a spot on my "Go-To" List.
I called and placed 2 orders, one for my daughter and the other for my husband. I went to pick them up 45 minutes later only to discover that the order wasn't even placed. I was very disappointed. One of the ladies tried to take the order so I decided to walk out. I went back in there and asked to speak to the manager and to my surprise, she was the manager. I reordered the food after expressing how I felt because my daughter was sick and was looking forward to the grilled cheese sandwich....couldn't disappoint her. The cashier who messed up tut he order came over and apologized.

When I came to the arch dinner a while back I enjoyed it but this time was the complete opposite . It seems as though they are under new management. The fries were not cooked. The burger was mediocre to say the least. The water came from a tap. To put it nicely I was not happy with my service. The food left my stomach turning. ⚠️ Do Not Come Here ⚠️
Been coming here since the late 1980's. Food is still quite good. The table service was a bit lax but passable. The decor remains the same, which is nice and takes me back to a simpler and better time. Overall, I'm still glad this staple remains as diners seem to be going by way of the dinosaur lately. I hope the Arch will persevere!
I had brunch there, enjoyed it very much. Food was good and plentiful. Service was very good, no complaints. Our waitress was attentive, prices very affordable. Will definitely go back.
Breakfast first time. Coffee was weak. Pancakes and bacon good. French toast and sausage good. I liked that they kept coffee cup filled. Prices weren't bad. Environment was nice. A little box of music to play if you wanted. I'll be there again.
Went here last week to treat my wife and I to breakfast. Waitress we had was nice and greeted us well. They made a great cup of hot chocolate for me and rea for my wife. Not busy at the time we went so there was lots of room. Classic old school looking diner with jukeboxes at every table. Food was nice size. Had to take the rest home. It may surprise you.
