It seems that the man does not like to attend If a customer asks for a suggestion…. Beyond the most expensive, offer the one that sells the most... but the man is not interested in attracting customers and the place looks more like a canteen than a restaurant.

DO NOT under any circumstances, support a business who gives the nastiest attitude to their customers. As a paying customer we have preferences and this establishment will question you and yell at you. There are multiple reviews stating this. I will secretly go and record them as a secret shopper and put it all over the internet because the treatment here is horrendous.
Why would the front desk man yell at me for not wanting jalapeños? This place was so much better as Cafe Los Arcos!! Goodbye forever. Everyone go and ask a simple question about the menu and you’ll see the response you get.

Once I ordered food and they let me wait for over 40 minutes, the food was bad and I was sick and threw up. They discriminate on people. Since ever then I never ate and won’t ever eat at this place. Reading their reviews, it looks like they favor some people and they hate others. They choose to who they want to cater to and give the others bad service and food.
