Something has changed, the bagels are not the same as usual! I’ve been getting bagels from that place for ages and never experienced any mistakes in the dough, shape, taste. Everything was always constant. I got bagels today and they are flat, in a shape of square and the are dry, they taste different.
The amount of salt is insane!

I hope all will get back on track soon.

Okay bagel, but subpar customer service. We did not hear our name called for our food. We were waiting a while. The place wasn't crowded. Rather than the person making any effort to find us or say the name louder, he just let the food sit there. Poor customer service.

Clean, friendly, clean, affordable, clean, great bagels, clean, lots of cream cheese varieties. Did I mention CLEAN!!? I'm here nearly everyday, so I know this place is run by an entire staff of people who suffer from OCD! You won't be disappointed!
