Very disappointed at the mousse cake they made for daughter's birthday. Not only that it didn't look good, it was not the mousse cake we expected to be. The strawberry and mango mousse tasted okay but not extraordinary. The texture of the cake was honey comb like and tasted like baking soda. We were so disappointed! We used to order from the 86st location and they make way better cakes that looked good and tasted delicious. Will never come here again!

They reopened!!!! :) it's not the same food however-- they have savory lunches now like fried chicken. Same people tho. You can custom order cakes still :)

Came here cause I was craving some dessert. It was pretty empty on a Saturday afternoon- I was the only one there. There was a friendly girl behind the counter. I ordered a strawberry chocolate mousse and a iced yuzu jasmine tea. Total for both was a little over $8. I had originally wanted rose lemonade but they did not have rose syrup. They also ran out of iced cups so they used a hot cup instead for my cold drink. To be quite honest, the iced yuzu jasmine tea tasted absolutely horrible. It was bitter, not fragrant, watery, and had little to no yuzu flavor. I believe they poured hot tea/water on ice to make it an iced drink which is not practical at all. I had to throw it out within a few sips. The strawberry/chocolate mousse cup was pretty good! It had authentic strawberry flavor- did not taste like fake strawberries. And the chocolate layer was so rich and delicious. Was not a fan of the cake between the layers though. Overall, would come if I wanted the sweets but would not order any drinks.

Came here on Saturday morning and the girl behind the counter was nice, she asked if we were here for brunch and we said yes. She texted her boss and later told us that she's retiring so there's no more brunch. They shouldn't have that on the board anymore if that was the case. I went all the way there just to try their Japanese hot cakes. Disappointed.

Extremely frustrated to leave this review, my first ever. We picked up my daughter's bday cake, the worker only lifted the cake box flap for a tiny glimpse. We came home to find a damaged cake without any message that we specifically requested when ordering. Called the main location and they (worker spoke with manager) offered nothing except apologies. The solution is we drive back to the main location! Unacceptable. We won't be going back because they disregard a damaged cake. People beware if you have a cake ordered, double check! Because Audrey won't fix their mistakes!

I absolutely love Audrey's. It's only slightly unfair that it's across from NYSC on 3rd Ave in Bay Ridge. Their dessert brunches are out of this world and surprisingly inexpensive. Try the stuffed nutella french toast or matcha waffle with ice cream and you won't be disappointed. In a neighborhood full of delicious desserts, Audrey's Concerto stands out.

Great selections that differ from other cafes in the neighborhood. The japanese pancakes/hotcakes were amazing! I also enjoyed the rose latte. I can't wait to go back and try the green tea waffles.

Makes me sad to give 3 stars but the strawberry crepe cake I got today must have been sitting in the case for a few days and had dried out, there was barely any cream or strawberries in between each layer. They were out of a lot of items when I went this time and it was only around 5:45p. I have been happy with previous purchases but this time was off, sadly. Hopefully this was a fluke!

After two bad experiences since my last review and one upsetting, we are down to one star! A transaction should not take more than five minutes, especially if I am the only one in there. I will even give it ten minutes. There is a young male that works there during the day and he really likes to take his sweet time while chatting with his co workers. All I wanted was one piece of cheesecake and two macaroons. The whole thing took a good twenty minutes. I put ten minutes in the meter and I didn't have additional change. When I asked him for quarters, he looked at me and ignored me. Too bad I needed the stuff for a gift, otherwise I would have left. My gut was telling me to run. Always listen to your gut. The girl that was also behind the counter saw me and also ignored me. On my way out, I realized he forgot to give me my macaroons...when I asked him about them, he gave me a blank stare. I pointed to them and he said "oh". Another customer had come in but saw how slow the service was and he left. Good job dude, I should have done the same thing. My second experience since my last review was with the female behind the counter. She didn't greet me or anything. She just asked what I wanted. This time the order was four pastries, which I guess is a "big" order for them since she sighed at my presence. Sorry for giving you business... which gives you a job? Ugh. Anyway, she was taking her sweet time and in between grabbing pastries, looking at her phone. No. Just no. The last straw was when my friend went to pick up pastries and macaroons for me and the male employee was behind the counter. Not only did he take his sweet time again but he forgot to bag the macaroons. There was an event we had to attend and we were short on time so we couldn't go back right away. We tried to call Audreys but they did not have a telephone number listed online. My friend called the Bensonhurst location to only be told that the Bay Ridge location does not have a telephone. How does a business not have a business telephone number?! Since these events, we all vowed to never go back. I really wanted to try their brunch menu but I will pass on that now.

The staff is super sweet, the place is very cute! The pastries look beautiful, I was so excited to come, I ordered about 4 different pastries, all of them taste the same. Just very sweet sugar sponge. Maybe I'm just spoiled with Italian pastries.

I wish I was able to give them a higher rating but I really just can't. I don't like writing bad reviews but I don't want anyone else to feel as uncomfortable as i did. I went decently far out of my way today to come here, with the intent to stay and read a while. I was excited upon walking up, because I saw an empty table from the window. When I walked in, I realized all the tables were empty (not a great sign) and I immediately found out why. The place was silent. Dead silent. No music, no melody, absolutely nothing. And to make matters worse, the guy behind the counter just stared at me. He did say hello but that was it. Then he stared again. Not in a creepy way, per se, but more of a "bore into your soul" kind of way. I immediately decided I would not be staying. Staring and silence. Not for me. I still wanted to order something though, since I'd come and I'd been wanting to try a sweet and a drink. I needed to read the menu board, because I'd never been there. Was was stared down for the entire two minutes I decided what I wanted. I would like to again point out, I was the only person there, I wasn't holding up a line or anything, and the whole time I feel so intimidated I can barely read the board. Who does that? I ordered an iced pineapple basil tea, and a match with red bean tiramisu. I awkwardly waited for my drink, and when the employee finally handed it to me the lid must not have been on right because it kept spilling out over the sides. I took it over to the bar area and tried to mop it up but there must have been something wrong with the lid because it leaked my whole walk home. The pastries in the case were very cute! They had little bears, and Sanrio characters adoring the top. All of the sweets looked absolutely adorable! Now, all of that nonsense aside, the tea was excellent! Very pineapple-y, could taste the basil. It was also quite sweet, I liked that, but I can imagine everyone does not. The tiramisu was just okay. The matcha was a little overwhelming and it only has one texture. The red bean didn't add anything to it in my opinion. I can't imagine myself ever coming back, unfortunately. It's a cute spot, decorated sweetly, and the tea really was good but not worth the visit.

I live in the neighborhood and finally got a chance to try this place after eyeing it for a while! The tiramisu that I got was super delicious- very creamy with just the right amount of coffee flavor. I am looking forward to trying more of their desserts because all of them are so cute. There is nothing else like it in Bay Ridge.

This place is small with only 3 tables? Overall desserts and drink is not bad. The cashier is the only one there and seem pretty relax as she was on her phone L
