The mini dogs are not been cook throughout. The outside is looking good but the inside is not cook properly. On many occasions. My family will not continue to eat at this location.

Came in this afternoon to get my usual classic pretzel. No menu up on the wall, online ordering on the app is saying this location is closed/not working.
Theres like 6 or 7 people in the back not doing anything that could quickly take a guest and go back to what they're doing but refuse to.
The lady with glasses at the register takes like 20 minutes to take the two people in front of me and had to be called out by another guest afterwards to come back and take the next guest. When I finally get to order and my account is scanned, they're telling me that I can't use my rewards???
Not only do I have enough points for it, I have the free pretzels for a year from the Pretzelria promotion earlier this year that Ive been using every week at other locations in the city without issue. Something needs to be done here in regards to the training and personnel.

I go here often there is alway a line I would recommend you order on the app it is inside the mall and the food always is freshly made right in front of u but one time I did get a lot of broken straws but I would definitely recommend for someone shopping there

So, had a long day at work and decided to cave in and get some comfort treat at Auntie Anne's before heading home. Despite less than comfortable temps inspide her tiny and tidy workstation, JULIA greets me with an inviting smile and quickly provides courteous service. Mind you, courtesy and professionalism in the midst of the summer eveningoo I hustle and bustle of commuters, she didn't miss a beat! Now that's NY my way!

Auntie Anne’s never disappoints! The pretzels are always warm, soft, and perfectly buttery. Whether I’m grabbing the classic original or treating myself to the cinnamon sugar, it’s always a hit. The smell alone draws you in, and the friendly service just makes it even better. Bonus points for the refreshing lemonade and pretzel nuggets – addictively good. Perfect snack for a mall trip or just a quick treat!

Excellent location- best one in New York. Pretzels are always very fresh and tasty. Employees are hard working, kind and customer oriented. The shop looks very clean and you can tell each employee pays excellent attention to detail at every step- just a very efficiently run shop. The lines can sometimes be long (I guess everyone knows this is the best Auntie Anne’s) but I can’t complain because the lines move fast. I almost didn’t want to write a review to add to the lines hahaha but they deserve to know they’re doing a good job!!!
Small place. No seating space. But there were 3 workers on a Sunday night giving it 100%. One on dough duty, the other baking., And the other on cashier duty. When I arrived there was a line outside (cold). Someone on the street passing by said "a line for cinnabon?" And I thought, not for the cinnabon, for auntie Ann's. It's a two business in one location model but everyone (six people Infront and a couple behind) were all waiting for auntie Ann's. I got the last cup of pretzel dogs bites and waited for less than 5 minutes for a freshly baked batch of cinnamon bites 😋 Great costumer service, very polite. But like four people tops fit inside.

I love that they've started giving out free samples!! I've never tried their pretzel sauces and now i've tried caramel and cheese. definitely buying more pretzel bites now, they're so good!!
