Always fresh, warm, and delicious! The pretzels are soft and buttery, and the service is fast and friendly. You can never go wrong with Auntie Anne’s. The staff is amazing and very helpful Will definitely recommend

I just came from this place at Kings Plaza mall. I like the fact that they are always fresh but today I bought two cups of sugar pretzels and a almond. And because there's only one cup of sugar pretzel left they told me to wait for 10 minutes but that one cup has been sitting there and I asked the guy the cashier to give me the new one but the lady that makes it at the back she asked the guy to hand her the old cup and dump it to the new ones. And she's pretty aware that I told the guy but she was like doesn't care about it. How could you advertise that you are fresh but you dump the old stuff to the new big ones. Can you charge $7 per cup. Don't trust these people and this store

I was wondering how they work. I am a regular customer. I always only 1 or 2people mange the crazy day . Only one girl take order and then make the deal. This is really bad for her. I love her customer service.. But why they appoint new employees?!!

I was there on April 26, the free pretzel day.Only one lady was working and there was a long line. Nobody else was there to help her. She made pretzels and she sold them. I felt bad for her, she was left the to deal with the crowd by herself on a day like this. She was doing her best with customer service and orders but management have failed in performing their duties!

New Dragon fruit shake is great. I recommend asking for extra whipped cream.

I had been going to this restaurant so many times and I was never disappointed. This time when I placed the order for the Pretzel, the cashier picked up and was so nice to tell them that she will not give these hard pretzels. She also told me that there is a wait of 10 minutes for the fresh ones. I thanked her and told her that 10 minutes is not an issue at all. I really appreciate her honesty and being so much customer oriented. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you around the area.

Worst location ever, cashier wearing a hood like he just came in and doesn’t work there. Attitude is horrible, line is ridiculous for this type of food. Slow, unprofessional and rude. I hope employer sees reviews and does something about it. Oh and mini dogs are like they were made by a 4-year old
