Placed an online order and the older guy in there was very kind. He gave me an upgrade which I appreciated as inflation is real but the pretzels were so fresh and buttery! Will come to this location again.

The pretzel nuggets were both burned and room temperature at the same time. That’s probably bad food safety. However, the cinnamon pretzel nuggets were fine

Horrible service. You could be waiting to order & they would take the other persons order who came in after you. Also the food is COLD and when asking them to warm it up they have an attitude. Tried giving this spot a second chance & still was not a good experience WILL NEVER come back here and Support this business again

The pretzels were stale. Hard as a rock. I couldn’t even eat it. I threw them all away. My family and I were disappointed. I guess we will continue to patronize the one at the mall.

Finally an Auntie Anne in this area! This location also has Cinnabon and Carvel. When you walk-in, you can smell the aroma of fresh baked Cinnabons and pretzels it’s so delicious. You won’t be able to leave without getting something. I like that you can see everything being made. The staff are friendly and helpful. Food is fresh and hot especially the pretzels. Best tasting compared to other Auntie Anne’s I’ve been to in Brooklyn. Love this location already!
