Placed an online order and the older guy in there was very kind. He gave me an upgrade which I appreciated as inflation is real but the pretzels were so fresh and buttery! Will come to this location again.
I gave it 5 stars because of the food was fresh and very tasty. This store was very clean and their decoration is so nice. All the staff are very friendly and their customer service was fantastic.
Finally an Auntie Anne in this area! This location also has Cinnabon and Carvel. When you walk-in, you can smell the aroma of fresh baked Cinnabons and pretzels it’s so delicious. You won’t be able to leave without getting something. I like that you can see everything being made. The staff are friendly and helpful. Food is fresh and hot especially the pretzels. Best tasting compared to other Auntie Anne’s I’ve been to in Brooklyn. Love this location already!
