The place serves great bagels made freshIt's run by Mexicans and when it's crowded service is slow and often you will wait for longer than you should for your order. It has seating inside but just take your food to go it's quite cramped already in there.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs or ramp needed to enterIt's at street level next to a bust stop so any person can go inside. A wheelchair could make it inside if someone open the door for them or they could open it themselves. Often the door is kept open anyway so the door likely won't hinder someone in a wheel chair.

The only reason I even come back is because it’s the only place in the area that actually has decent food. But boy does the service make me think twice about ordering all the time. The only person in that establishment that shows any kind of respect to customers and gives GOOD service is this young girl behind the counter, her name is jasmine. She always gets the order right, takes it down fast, and is super kind. The rest of the crew can take a few lessons from her.

Friendly service but nothing else was positive about the experience. The bagels are bland and hard and the spreads are absolutely disgusting. They did give me two free bagels but at the same time kept pressuring me to buy more than I wanted. I wasted money here but learned not to return.

Massive selection of bagels, salads, drinks, cakes or coffee. Seems clean. A bit hectic to get your order in, make sure you get the right order and pay for the right order. The staff sometimes has communication issues.

Best bagels in Brooklyn. I stopped in early Sunday morning on my way to JFK and it hit the spot. Every time I’m in the area, I’m grabbing a half dozen.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!Worst breakfast place ever.Seriously overpriced. We ordered a stack of pancakes, a small oj, and a side of bacon and paid $25. Not to mention that they never sent syrup and wanted to charge us when we asked them it over.Never apologized or asked how they could make it up to us.Will never order from them again.Seriously horrible customer service.Plus food is subpar.
