They charge different people different prices, got charged 3.75 for a bagel & cream cheese when it shows clearly on the menu 3.25, decided not to say anything, pay the extra 50 cents, and leave this review. Hope the extra 50 cents was worth it !! (:

We used to order from here but apparently the old crew left and honestly, things went downhill.
Recently, an ex employee came back and she actually called to say she was back.
She’s just a superstar really. Understands customer service fully and always a pleasure to deal with.
Roxy/Roxanne is her name. An amazing person that knows how to treat her customers! ❤️

Very bad learn how to slice a tomatoes

The bagel was hard as a rock really not fresh and the wait time for pick up was too long with no people In the store. Definitely not recommended

(Originally a 5 star review, updated: been coming here since they opened, everytime I order the food gets worse and worse. This time I had raw egg dumped on my bagel.

i never write reviews, but i need to give this place all of it’s flowers ?. this was the best bagel sandwich i’ve ever had in my life. the bagel was crunchy, chewy and full of flavor. the bacon was cooked to perfection. the layers of cream cheese, tomato, bacon and jalapeño is a work of art and needs to be studied throughout nyc. also, the size of the bagel was perfect—not too big, not too small, just absolute perfection. i devoured it in minutes. thank you for making my week with this incredible masterpiece.

Used to be my favorite go to spot for breakfast and lunch. Some employees that have left and ever since this store has went downhill. Have noticed slight mistakes for a while and after today Ive given up hope.Just placed an order for delivery and every single item that i ordered has been messed up. Got iced coffee instead of regular coffee, missing my chips, lox sandwich has single slice of lox and paid extra for capers but got a single caper on the entire sandwich. And the worst thing is, tried calling the store and their phone number is disconnected. Sad to realize that what used to be a great spot has turned into the worst.

It used to be my favorite bagel shop, since they changed ownership everything has changed? I always ordered my bagels with cream cheese on the side and now there are about two times that the cream cheese is spoiled, we called to let them know about the situation and the last time the man who answered told us ok man!!!! ????I expected him to tell me that he was going to give me credit or at least a few apologies but no!!!! So one less client on the list ???
