I have eaten from here several times and I like this place a lot but for some reason they turn off Uber Eats orders at 6 pm and if you call and ask about why and if they'll let you place an order for pickup via Uber Eats they'll act very cagey and strange about it. My job will only cover meals thru Uber Eats so you've lost a customer tonight! And I don't understand why because you'd think you'd want to be open for dinner hours when your deli counter is still serving food...

I was eating and there was a fly in my sandwich. I go back and ask for a refund and they say “would you like another sandwich?” No, I don’t want a sandwich. It has fly in it. I then ask for an actual money refund and they refuse and we’re very rude about it don’t recommend.

everything is overpriced, I am filling a form with the city for price gouging in this store. same product costs less across the the street or a block away! they sell zyn for over $13 and it is $8.99 anywhere in the city!

They have great food but I gave them only two stars because they were closed twice when I tried to buy something. It said something about a prayer break until 2PM. In general I understand but why can‘t you be transparent about your opening hours so that I don‘t keep returning at lunch time and then you‘re closed?

These guys play it fast and loose with your bill. Be sure to check it. I’ve been up charged a few times recently, including when they “upgrade” your regular smoothies to large and charge you extra, or “accidentally” ring you up for a more expensive wrap.
