The food was very good. I ordered the Maklouba. The chicken was seasoned very well and the rice was very flavorful. My only gripe is that it took over 45 min to receive my food and when I did receive it it was the wrong dish. If not for that I would rate it 5 stars. Definitely a great spot for a hangout with friends or a date night.
Kid-friendliness: Definitely more of an adult vibe but I'm sure kids would be fine there

Really wanted to like this place but they served the lamb and rice on a cold tortilla???? There was fresh hot bread on the side but the cold tortilla made the rice and meat cool down quickly. Weird serving choice

The muhammara, zahir, and fattat lahma were all especially great. Highly recommend.

Ive been to other Ayats but this one takes the cake for sure! The atmosphere matches the rest of industry city, food is delicious and fresh, but im giving a 5 star review for the service, better yet, for RED, who is the current manager. She is beyond good at her job. She memorized our order, didn’t even write it down, although we’re picky eaters, she didn’t mind all the customizations we requested, she brought out a small mezze spread for us to try, and we never had to ask for water, or bread, or to go boxes or anything, cause she would have already thought ahead of it, as if she was reading our minds! Both me and my wife were in awe, for we have never received such a service anywhere in New York. She never stopped moving, always on the run, and she took care of the entire floor with that same energy, care and smile, such a sweet and kind girl. Highly recommend visiting this location, for she will not let anyone down!
