This is a place that we have go to once a year due to it being hard to get to. But it has such amazing Hondurian food. It is hard to find food from my home country but this is one of those places that makes the journey worth it. During the Christmas time they have a time when you can order authentic hondurian tamales for Christmas. These tamales are very juicy tasty and filling. They cost $4 each and are worth getting due to the size. We always get at least 20 tamales for the Christmas season and the owner is happy to do our order. She is very friendly and has know us for many years even if we knly see her once a year. This time we sat down to order some food. I got a classic Pollo Chuco (Dirty Chicken) which is fried plantains, fried chicken, cabbage or cold slaw, a ketchup mayo combo sauce drizzled on top with pickled onions (which i asked without since i dont enjoy onions). The chicken was seasoned perfectly and the plantains were crispy and salty. I have to get this item again as it is delicious. The place was clean and empty as we went early. A little cramped but not bad.

The food was very good and flavorful! I enjoyed the tacos I ordered. The food was great and they have a good variety on their menu. I would definitely come back again.

Best Honduran food around me. Takes very long though. Be ready to order your food in 45mins before, and still wait another 30 when you are picking it up.

Welcoming and generous! They helped me with free steak tacos and a drink (got a soursop juice with pulp) when I was in need!! :D deliciously spicy salsa verde. 3 tacos were very filling, they hit the spot. I like that the soursop drink has pulp, nice mouthfeel when drinking.

The place needs lots of improvements.. looks like 200 years old.. the customer service needs lots of adjustments. I won't recommend this restaurant to anybody.
