I love the atmosphere of this breakfast place. It’s super convenient to get to & the food isn’t bad. It also opens up early enough to get a quick bite before school! I got the spicy pulled chicken sandwich & the bread was sooo crispy. It wasn’t too spicy either.
The waiters were a little bit distracted that day but I enjoyed the conversation I had with my friend. Some of the things on the menu are a little bit more on the expensive side. Also, if you’re planning to go with a party a 5+, they will require a 20% gratuity tip— which i think is a little bit much. However, i will definitely be going back again!

Stopped by for breakfast and ordered the baba bowl. Overall it was pretty tasty! The service though was less than impressive. The staff was extremely loud and in the world of their own. They barely acknowledged us and we waited nearly 20 mins trying to flag someone down for the check.

The food was horrible. We waited a while but that’s fine since it was busy. I took one bite and had to force myself to swallow it. We ordered the chicken and turkey roasted sandwiches. It tasted like dead bird. We both took a bite, paid and left. We basically paid 32$ for nothing. The waiter even saw that we barely even touched the food. But he didn’t say anything. Any how nice way to start the year lol

The interior is awesome 🤩🤩
The food is great as well I ordered like a lavender, earl grey tea. The cup was so big, definitely worth it. I recommend their double chocolate cookie!!
Other stuff on the menu were rather expensive 😅

The food was good but the drinks were weak. Nice relaxed atmosphere.
Cute spot with really good food. The Drunken Gabi was flavorful and hearty, a nice portion to split. The Brussel sprouts were also a great portion and deep fried. The beets were a refreshing starter to share. Shrimp toast was a good size and flavorful.
Not bad but not amazing. If you're nearby it's a good plan. If you are far away there is no point in moving!

Food is okay for the price but the service is sooo bad.
We waited for a long time for the server to take our orders. I don't know if it's intentional but they kept ignoring our table/eye contact. We asked three different servers for water multiple times during our visit and finally got some after we already finished our food. It felt like we're begging for a simple cup of water.
Having a hard time to get our check is another story. The only time our server smiled at us was when they showed us the tip option on the machine. There was not even that many guests at the cafe. They should just make the cafe self-service if they don't know how to serve people.

Everything was thoughtfully done and above the bar. Fruit and yogurt bowl (luxurious), dreaming about their ricotta cheese small dish, great fries. Really great place for an afternoon snack. Love their back patio. Staff are really nice and service is quick. Lowkey and excellent. Drinks have room for improvement I would say, but they graciously made the adjustments we asked for. Will be back!!

The food was great, I'd have to come back to try other dishes. I had such a difficult time getting anyone's attention, though. I had to keep walking up the bar just to get a menu, have them take our order, and pay. It was a little inconvenient but all right since the place is tiny enough, the bar is just a couple strides away from wherever you'd be sitting (if you're inside, at least).
They also have a nice outdoor seating towards the back.

I walked into Babacool after reading several positive reviews, for the first time. When I entered the restaurant I immediately acknowledged the bartender person(young man) and sat down at an empty seat. However I had to use the restroom so I got up, and did that. After I came back I noticed they had a nice crowd in the backyard space and opened seating in the actual restaurant. I returned to the seat, that I originally sat at, in the restaurant, there were then, the bartender and a wait person(young lady) at the bar moving around working, but they saw me. I was in clear view. After that, multiple customers, walked up from the outside and the bartender, at that point, gave them menus and they proceeded to the back of the restaurant. Another person came to pay, and a lady with a baby came, she was acknowledged, but stood for a minute and then she just sat down. I understand that they were somewhat busy. Nevertheless, someone should have greeted me after a 7 minute wait, especially since they saw me. I got up and asked for the manager and let her know, that I was not even acknowledged or greeted at all. And that, I would be giving them a 1 on my review. The manager attempted to apologize and give me a menu at that point, but it was too little, too late. I am respectfully asking that all people that come through the door at Babacool is greeted and acknowledged, so they will know and feel welcomed. It is important to note I am a woman of color. Hopefully this review will place Babacool on notice to greet all people as they walk through the door, and not have them waiting to figure out what was going on. I will return to Babacool, in the future, to see if my suggestions and concerns are considered.

Stopped in for a last-minute brunch, and I’m so glad I did! Baba Cafe topped my Google search, and it’s easy to see why. The atmosphere is peaceful and beautifully designed, the service was warm and attentive, and the food came out quickly—fresh and delicious. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it!

We stopped for a quick brunch enroute to do some shopping - found it via a Google search for breakfast eats on the way to ourdestination. Google maps was a bit useless, but we found it eventually. It was worth the trek. Food tasty and rich - ask for the hot sauce, it's made with avocado and was delicious. Tasted "homemade". Would recommend and come again if situation presented itself. Service was quick, attentive and friendly. We sat outside as it was a nice day. Not too busy. Thumbs up!
