Really cute spot with a great vibe! The atmosphere was warm and inviting—perfect for a relaxed brunch or catching up with friends. The food was solid, nicely presented, and flavorful, though I was hoping for a bit more variety or boldness. Service was friendly and attentive for the most part, but there were a few delays here and there. Overall, a cool place worth visiting if you’re in the area!
Ducked in off the street with a friend, after an event at Center for Fiction, and was seated quickly. It felt like I already knew this place. Has the feeling of an Andor set somehow, in the best way—and the menu is so charming and fun. Had their martini and Bar Salmon, my friend had a mocktail of their Very Good Cocktail, and that and the charming servers told me I’d be back and with more friends. Very happy to have something like this across from BAM.
baba cool is one of those spots that just gets it right—great energy, thoughtful food, and a vibe that makes you want to stay a while. Everything feels intentional, from the menu to the space to the people. It’s a go-to for a solo coffee, a long brunch, or anything in between. Always hits.
