Super delicious food that comes out quick. The atmosphere is great for an elevated diner. And the eggs are bomb

Yummy Greek breakfast. The food is very fresh. Would definitely recommend getting the baklava banana bread. Gets very crowded weekend mornings.

Terrible service! Awful experience I’ve ever gotten in my life. They didn’t even mind to apologize or compliment for their lack of service. Waitresses forgot to put order in & have us waiting for 1hr without a bite & didn’t even approached to ask if we got our food. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. INCOMPETENT. Take it as

Awesome brunch. Wait is really long on the weekend however and they only do walk-ins. Food came out slow and service left something to be desired but food mostly made up for it. I'd definitely try and come here more often if I lived closer and it wasn't as busy!

Just ate there no too long ago and want to take a moment to rave about this place. Even though the place was packed, we were warmly greeted and well taken care of. Servers were so prompt and commutative, and the food arrived super fast. The overall service was superb and beyond expectations! Brunch game is hard to win in the city and this place really stands out with the amazing food and exceptional service.I’m not someone who bothers to write reviews, ever. But the Frappe and Zorba plate sent me to straight to heaven and back. Truly a pleasure to dine at babyblues luncheonette. Oh and they are wheelchair accessible apparently!Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible.

I wanted to share my recent dining experience at your establishment. Unfortunately, I must express my dissatisfaction with the service received. The overall service was subpar, and there were several instances where our expectations were not met at all.Our waitress had no inattentive at all. No greeting or anything. I have to personally call her out. She didn’t approach to us. AND she forgot to put our food in and have us waiting for about 1hr and a half. She didn’t even approach to ask if we were good waiting for almost an hour for our food. I had to ask where our food was.. etc.I’ve been in many restaurants, and have never gotten this poor service. I’m aware.I believe constructive feedback is crucial for improvement, and I hope you take this message as an opportunity to address these concerns.

Worth the wait. Owner is inexplicably handsome and so attentive. Food is also quite delicious. Worth traveling for or great even if you live a block away! Will definitely be back.

Unfortunately Ive never been able to try this place despite living a block away for over 2 years. Not only is it always inexplicably crowded, they refuse to offer takeout service, there are no reservations and the staff has a horrible attitude about the whole thing. Im sure the food is amazing, but save yourself the headache of waiting an hour and go to another local spot that isn’t overrun by people coming from 45 minutes away to try a trendy social media spot.

We had a lovely brunch at Baby Blues Luncheonette! My friends and I went in knowing that the wait was going to be long and planned accordingly - based on our experience, I would highly recommend getting there on the earlier side, getting your name on the list, and then enjoying the local businesses in the area till it's your turn. We arrived at 10:30 and waited 1.5 hours for our table, which was around what we expected. If I had to summarize it overall, I think it was a lovely experience, but I probably wouldn't go through that wait again for the food. Ambiance: Once we were actually seated, we were able to fully enjoy the ambiance of the luncheonette. I loved how cozy the booth table was and the eclectic decor, plus how it felt both modern & old timey. Drinks: Our group ordered a frappe, the banana & date shake, and the cucumber mint lemon drink. I'll note that I only drank my frappe, but according to my friends, the banana & date shake was delicious and the cucumber mint juice tasted like grass (haha). The frappe was good, it honestly just tasted like whipped coffee, if you know what that tastes like I think you should go for a new drink instead. Food: I had the Zorba plate, which was delicious! The potatoes were perfectly roasted and the tzatziki was soooo good! I traded out my fried eggs for the soft boiled eggs, which were good, but I do wish I had realized they would be cold (which is on me). I also tried a bit of my friend's HLT, which was good! It was flavorful and the bread was perfectly toasted, while still feeling nice and light. My other friend who had the Plato's Plate really loved her meal and said she would return and go for the wait (so do with that what you will!). And for our grand food finale - the baklava banana bread. We were truly so full that we couldn't delve into this as much as we wanted to, but the bites I did have were delicious and I think you should definitely give it a try! Other Notes: If you need something to entertain you while you wait, highly recommend Billy's Record Salon around the corner. It was such a nice space with great deals on records, so many options, and a wonderful staff that! And if you're starving during your wait, Win Som Bakery is only a couple blocks down for a nice little pastry before your breakfast ;)
