Went for the honey pork bun and the small Thai fries. The bun is really small. You can see my finger in the photo for size comparison. Everything was very tasty though. It's like having a sweet bacon sandwich. Next time I might order a bucket instead. The Thai fries had a good amount of seasoning and was good with the included mayo. I got dessert in Alamo Drafthouse later so I'm glad the portions weren't big. Gave me room. Expensive though.

Everyone has a sandwich they think about for the rest of their lives. Mine is the Grilled Honey Pork sandwich from Baby’s Buns & Buckets. I was in Brooklyn for two days for a conference and I ate there twice. I would have went more times, but my group wanted to “see the rest of New York.” 🙄

The grilled chicken bucket is soooo good!! The atmosphere was pretty chill, and they have their own reserved seating. I got the grilled chicken bucket and literally every part of it was delicious. The rice is so flavorful, the grilled chicken has a nice smokey flavor, the coleslaw is refreshing and mixes well with the rest of the bucket, the greens taste like greens LOL but it balances everything nicely, and the cilantro adds a nice flavor! There was also sweet chili sauce on the side, which was a nice addition and matched well with everything else. The portion size is good as well, and I felt quite full afterwards. They also only took less than 10 minutes, which is a really good wait time for all the stuff in the bucket. I defo recommend!

Whenever I come here I never know what to get because I want to order everything off the menu. My favorite is the honey grilled pork bucket, which is just perfection. However, the chicken nuggets and (spicy) fries bucket are pretty close to perfect too. The fried fish bucket is so good too!! It’s honestly so hard to choose because everything is so delicious. The portion size is great. You get so much food you can share a bucket with someone if you’re not too hungry. Highly recommend this spot!!

I’m going to have to give them 2 starts because of the 5 times I’ve ordered the same baby’s classic bowl with pork, 4 out of 5 times the pork was dry (needs more sauce) and they also did not include cilantro which is part of the recipe. And they missed on that even after I pointed this out to the dude in the front, it’s disappointing and it feels like we’ve been lied to. I hope they fix this at some point but I’m not going back soon . If you’re going to serve it without cilantro, then don’t tell me it comes with cilantro

Their grilled honey pork bun sandwich is just finger licking good. The meat was tasty and tender with crunchy/crispy edges. The portion may not be too big, but still packs a punch that it will leave you satisfied. Their nuggets were also pretty dang delicious. Their fries were okay - not the best, not the worst, but still pretty good. The main star for me was the pork bun sandwich. The service qas also pretty great. They were very helpful when placing my order, which you can do at the counter with an employee or on a device. The seating is very limited, 3 or 4 stools available, can't remember. However, there is more seating throughout the food hall. Can't wait to go back for seconds!!!
