The lady who took the order, I don’t know her name she was really rude and nasty it was the worst customer service ever. We came from NJ visiting and I have to say we didn’t expect such an unprofessional service there was a point she was asking if we paid for the food multiple times and the other worker said yes they did like if we came all the way to steal the food lol. Based on my experience this is not a place I would recommend to my friends and family.

Despite the evening time, the bagels were quite fresh, an hour and a half maximum. I tried 4 types (everything that was on the shelves at that time). Delicious, we can say that not a single bagel is inferior to others in taste. The only thing that upset me was the absolutely unbaked inner dough of almost all bagels. and besides, it is difficult for the stomach and intestines to digest such food. True, I solved the problem by simply cutting off the excess dough and then putting it in the toaster. The bagels are tasty, but it would be better if they were baked better.Vegetarian options: They can always give you a tasty sandwich with some fish and a lot of vegetables and greens.Kid-friendliness: Toasted bagel with Philadelphia cream cheese and Blueberry jam.

Very rude customer service. No organization when ordering. They’ll only take your order if they know you otherwise they’ll ignore you. And the food is mediocre at best. Don’t go here unless you’re part of the bagel boy cult. Oh and just an fyi, you have to order in the back of the store. No one will tell you that though they’ll just let everyone cut in front of you and take their orders.

This is a solid bagel spot with so many options. There is usually a line on the weekends but it moves super quickly and super efficiently. I would definitely get there early if you are trying to get a chocolate croissant. I have been there in the afternoon a few times and they were always sold out. I love all of the bagel sandwiches and even just a plain bagel with cream cheese. They have so many flavors and the bagels are usually super fresh. There are so many other snacks and drinks you can get when you are there. The staff is super friendly and remember you if you go there often.

It's a solid bagel spot that makes good coffee, and iced coffee. If you go on a Saturday or a Sunday morning, expect a line. Once you get on line, follow the progression. Know what you're going to order before walking up to the guy at the counter (you had all that time in line to think about it), then you make your way over to the register to pay. It's simple, and uncomplicated, as long as you follow those steps. My personal favorites are the bacon, egg n cheese on an everything bagel or veggie cream cheese on an everything. My husband tends to get the more exotic bagel blends, and they're always delicious too. It's a good spot for an authentic NY style bagel. Id highly recommend.

With the exception of a few workers, this place is awful. When they're busy, they constantly mess up orders, take forever, very sloppy. One of the workers is rude, ALWAYS messes up the order, even after repeating it, and rolls his eyes when I repeat the order because I know he'll mess it up. Place is small, and gets crowded too fast especially since the staff isn't competent or able to keep up. I rather get frozen bagels than deal with the staff here. You stink bagelboy.
