This morning, I purchased a wrap that was incredibly greasy and drenched in hot sauce. When I opened it to take my first bite, it spilled all over my chest. I've never encountered a sandwich this soaked in my life. I will not be returning to this place, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

I order a cinnamon bagel with cream cheese n salmon, onion n tomatoes. Bagel was burnt when I open it at home. I can’t even eat it.

I literally just left didn’t eat food but yeah next time im in area ill stick to starbucks. So walking in I see sign from dept health ripped. I didn’t read much into it i walked in someone was in front of me staff acknowledged/greeted her. I move to front no 1 acknowledge or said good morning, be with you in a second, nothing. One worker saw me, he looked me up and down I should’ve walked our then, but said maybe he’s just having a bad day. I placed order and I see notifications bus about to arrive. I proceed to check out. The cashier having issues with machine I patiently waited as by now I already missed my bus. A lady walks in front of me and is served. I asked if im invisible. That same worker who looked me up and down and never said anything to me now wanna be disrespectful and states YOU GOTTA WAIT UNTIL NUMBER CALLED! I’ve been in this store for 10 minutes now and this is the first time you acknowledge me. Customer service is nonexistent for everyone!! I gave a star as cashier regardless of previous incident was still pleasant towards me.

Best Bagels I have tasted in Brooklyn. So fresh and tasty.
Be careful ordering salads. They tend to dump a gallon of dressing in it even when you specify a very simple “very light dressing” request. Disgusting.
Also why not mention since they started messing with the food apps you now pretty much have to wait 20-30 minutes to order regularly.
If you’re going to make people wait that long and charge that much for food (that definitely used to be a bigger portion as of recently), at least get the food right.
This isn’t a one off review I’ve been a regular for a couple decades and seeing the decline but after today I’m fed up and that’ll be the last time.

Best bagels not only in N.Y.C but the #1 bagel in the U.S.A - I live in Manhattan and have traveled to Sheepshead Bay just to get bagels here. Keep up the great work Bagel Boys ( and girls )

My friend bought me my last sandwich from New York. I had the roast beef sandwich with brown gravy. I wish I had asked for extra brown gravy. I also had the cream cheese danish. That was so ono (delicious). When she picked me up from JFK airport July, 3rd, I had the everything bagel 🥯 with salmon. Was Ono (delicious), too.
