Food is very good here if they (ever) get the order right. The problem seems to be with the breakfast sandwich where one of the ingredients (e.g., sausage, bacon) is missing. They mess up my order the last three times!! Bagel Point use to be my favorite place for breakfast. Time to move on...

I’m a regular at this store and I come here every day before work. Aya and Safa are the sweetest twins ever! They provide the best customer service and always welcome me with the warmest smiles. They truly make my mornings brighter and start my day on such a positive note. The bagels are also so good always fresh and delicious! Comparing to other bagel places in the area, they are the most expensive, but their bagels are huge and very tasty. You definitely get a good portion, so the price makes more sense.

Solid spot for fresh bagels. Can get pretty crowded and ordering on their touch screens is a hassle. Delivery orders have been inconsistent but in-person orders are always good.

I normally have a good experience with this shop however, I ordered a sausage egg and cheese through DoorDash in which it arrived with no sausage. I also ordered a kale smoothie that had chunks of a rubber band that was blended in it.

I went across town (40 minute drive one way) to check out the donut shop down the block (not that great either) and decided to stop in the bagel shop. The young lady was in there flirting with the cook and I had to wait to place my order until she finished. I asked for a plain toasted bagel with cream cheese and 2 plain cinnamon raisin bagels. She plopped my bagel on the counter, I looked in the bag and asked politely, “where are my other 2 bagels”? She threw them in the bag and plopped them on the counter and walked away to flirt some more. No thank you, no nothing. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I have a pretty good influence on the internet, I’m a retired Law Enforcement Officer and just trying to enjoy life. I’m usually never bothered but her behaviour was very off putting. The bagels were mediocre. I live near Bergen Bagels and they are always kind to me.

The bagels are good. The service is terrible they don’t listen they hold a firm belief that all people want their bagel toasted even when you say you don’t. Then they give you a hot bagel and argue with you it is not toasted. This is the third time I have had that same experience here - I will not be back.
