Wrong order all the time !!! This keeps happening, we only say eggs. Just eggs. That’s it and you keep giving us sausage Pattie’s when we can’t even eat it after the meat has touched the egg. We come here all the time and go out of our way when we can go to other bagel shops. How can you keep making the same mistake over and over again and we haven’t complained but this is enough. The person writing is clearing messing up the cook,or the cook doesn’t understand ,or the person taking the order clearly doesn’t get what only eggs means . Work on your communication and fix this,this is a waste of money for us

Employee wears a shirt that It’s a complete lie check picture. Why did the bagel go across the road to get toasted? My bagel came un toasted
The employees were insanely rude and then lied to me when I asked them if they toasted my bagel for my breakfast sandwich.
This place has a very good idea in concept, but I will never come back to this place because of the employees.

The service is exceptional, and the shop is spotless, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I was lucky to have no line during my visit, which made the experience even better. The bagels here are truly a standout—thin, crunchy crust on the outside and super soft inside, not to mention larger than your usual bagel. However, a slight miss was the blueberry bagel, which lacked actual blueberries and was just purple. But don't let that deter you! The everything bagel looks unique and different, and if you’re an egg bagel fan, make sure not to leave without trying one. Freshly baked every day, these bagels fly off the shelves, so grab yours while you can—you won’t regret it. Bagel Pub is a must-visit for any bagel lover in the area. Do not leave with out a chocolate chip cookie!

I come here for the convenience, it’s a short walk from where i stay. It’s nothing special, one time I ordered a BLT & I swear they only gave me ONE piece of bacon what a cheapskate thing to do. Also when you asked for your bread toasted be sure to say Lightly toasted bc they will burn it.

This is my absolutely favorite place to grab a bagel when I'm in Brooklyn. I've gotten a bacon, egg and cheese on an everything bagel, and the caramel pecan cookie each time. It was delicious and very filling. I got the cold brew the first time but it was a little too bitter for me. But I love a really mild sweet cold brew.
Parking: Depending on the time of the day and day of the week parking can be tough. 9am on a Monday I had to take a few passes to find a spot.

I must say this has been the bagel spot ever since I discovered Bagel Pub 3 yrs ago. Quality of bagels has been unmatched so far. The bagels are freshly baked! I have brought friends and family from NJ/Philly and they all keep coming back. All staff are very hospitable and always giving the best energy possible. Hats off to all the employees from Bagel pub for always giving outstanding service. Thank you!
Let me just start off by saying that I experienced a very rude staff. The girl up front have very poor attitudes . I don’t understand how they can be hired to work there when clearly customer service should be of the upmost importance. They are a representation of the work place . I tell you after I placed my order I quickly regretted it just because these girls had such a discriminative attitude. After I received my bagel , that I must say I paid way to much for , it did not taste well because it had been toasted to much . To be honest , I wouldn’t have complained about the bagel if the workers knew how to be kind Ana polite and attentive to their customers. But because they aren’t , it made me eating that hard , burnt bagel that much worse . Because of this experience, I refuse to go there and give you my business . As a recommendation, get rid of those nasty workers upfront . Don’t just hire girls for their looks . Hire them for their customer service skills . Hire them because they know how to smile at someone and because they will treat everyone with respect and courtesy. So sorry to say you have lost a customer with me and my children and boyfriend. And if I were you and if you care about your business, I would get rid of them all and hire people with actual skills .

So the cashier name Kathrine was super rude I exspain to her that the orange juice had a fruit Flys in it and she stated "You dirty immigrants are always plotting something and rolled her eyes " I was so confused I am none of such but to use that language towards paying customers is out of control I mentioned to her that her Insult was out of pocket and need to control here emotions she then again insulted me in front of customers and stated "You need to control your people " again confused what she ment by that I just walk out along with everyone on line . The only reason why I was confused cause she looked Hispanic and she's talking that way .

I ordered a bagel & large coffee I payed and let the other customer order the Caucasian man ordered 3 coffees how is it they got their coffee before I did the lady at the cash register completely forgot my coffee and I had to literally ask where Is my coffee why did the other customers get their coffee before I got mine. I felt completely discriminated against and this is not the first time this happens at the 36th street bagel pub location they are more friendly to Caucasian people than to people of color and those girl are not nice at all. I work hard just like everyone else and expect to get treated fairly as I also spend my money there. Such a bad experience for me I do not tolerate discrimination from anyone.
