The overall experience was enjoyable. However, the setup for ordering a hot beverage was a bit confusing. The two lines—one for bagels and one for coffee—could use better organization.
That said, the plain bagel with cream cheese was excellent. It had just the right amount of cream cheese, making it easy to eat without being messy—a genuinely pleasant eating experience.
The regular coffee was also solid—smooth, not burnt, and satisfying.
Seating was readily available, and it was easy to find space for a group.
I’d definitely come back.

Pretty good bagel joint. Line gets long which most people like myself do not enjoy. But the bagel was pretty good, got a bec on an everything. Would have been higher rated but the hot chocolate just tasted like straight water which was disappointing. They do have good tunes tho, once I heard Gypsy I knew this place had something going. Keep the tunes on and maybe I’ll swing back to lick some more of the goods you guys provide. But make the hot chocolate more chocolatey please!
Good bagel shop with so many home made bagels and creams. The food was delicious.

Great selection of Bengals and spreads.
Though it was a busy Saturday morning, the service was fast and friendly. Got the hungry man and a dirty chai. Highly recommend

nice servers and the best bagel I ate in NYC, the classic lox. Peanut butter and jelly is also great.
Great bagels, very organized and quick service

Their bagels are good, but usually require a wait of 20 minutes (early weekday mornings) to 60+ minutes (weekend mornings), even for a simple bagel with just cream cheese. They frequently mess up orders, and won’t refund them if you realize after you leave the store — they’ll only remake them, so you have to wait another 30+ minutes, or give you store credit. I’d skip entirely on weekends. Really poor customer service.

Great bagels!! Love the hummus, they put lots of avocado on too. My husband says the cookies are the best he’s had. The only negative is my friend who’s gluten free says the gluten free bagels are not good.
Delicious bagels but the staff act like they really don’t want to be there

Slow service and a sad tendency to mix up orders mars an otherwise lovely neighborhood experience

Check your order before walking out if it’s to-go, more than once I’ve spent $30 on an order, not to receive what I’ve paid for.
