Bagels are decent size, fairly good (although not the best in the neighborhood).
Bigger problem is that they completely ignore requests/instructions, even when they are printed on the receipt that they provide.
Three bagels, all were requested to be toasted. None of them were.
Other requests were made to leave certain items off, but none of them were, they were all included - so if you have allergies, this is real problem.
Another item was completely missing.
Four items in the order, one was missing, and the other three were all wrong - even though the receipt provided by Bagel World correctly showed all the items that were ordered.
I don't know what they're doing over there, but they aren't paying any attention to the actual orders.

This place is everything I want. Junk food, Simi-Healthy food, Breakfast, Sweets, and some of the most passionate people. I can tell this crew cares about the neighborhood and customers, and I really appreciate that a lot.

I struggled with this rating for a while. But every single time I go to this store my order is incorrect. The base order is fine but if you ask for condiments on it, it feels like they check out and just don’t do it. The food is good and the people are so nice but every single time I order a coffee with something in it or a sandwich with something on it is wrong

Fabulous bagels! Owner and staff extremely friendly and efficient! Every time we visit Brooklyn, we only have bagels here! Plus homemade soups are delicious! It is totally worth our mile walk each day! Thank you!

Kudos to the staff and the owner for always being so friendly and efficient. The bagels are spectacular, this place always hits the spot. Last month I scored a bag of 8 bagels for $3.00. They were a day old but still so good and so I froze ‘em. I had one this morning and it was still perfect. I cannot recommend this place enough.
