On November 11/25 went in at 8am rude man behind counter makes me feel uncomfortable cause I am disabled and I have a walker. He tells me oh well then go outside or go here you can’t move. The store is a little small and you have a lot of people in there. You can’t make the coffee so I decided to make the coffee afterwards I had to pay the bill way to the people clear out that he told me I should’ve made my coffee before rude people to disabled people

I'm here every week after church. Some weeks its busier than others but service is always as fast as possible depending on the crowd. They don't forget or screw up your order. Sandwiches that have bacon on them are heavy on the bacon. That's a good thing of course. The guys are fast, friendly and really do a great job. I highly recommend this place.

Rude workers don’t know how to take peoples orders. Place is tiny with people clogging the entry way worker won’t come to the counter to take my order. I’ve been coming here for years I always tip but I swear I’ll never spend a dime here again with the disrespect I receive today

Raisin bagel with cream cheesecbought just now, over toasted and gave to customers like me..
Best in the AREA only. Bagel spot for sure. I recommend this spot for morning visits for workers and students.

I don’t have anything bad to say about the food because I only had a bagel with butter however I did not like that they was handling money and making your stuff without taking out the gloves . I got turned off because money is so dirty with germs that makes people sick … so please have one person cashing out customer and or if you need to change your GLOVES

We used their Grubhub to order ahead but they decided not to start the order until well after we arrived to pick it up. The staff was rude when we asked for our order and then once they finished making it, 15 minutes after we got there and 10 minutes after they said it would be ready, they did not tell us it was ready and we waited another 10 minutes until we decided to go up and ask to make sure they didn’t forget us again, which was when they grabbed the order from the shelf, even though they knew we were standing there waiting. I wish we would have known that they do not listen to online orders as we would have called or not gone here at all. Extremely disappointed and put a damper on the rest of our day while on vacation. Will not be returning.
