Worst bagel I had they should demolish the store. Cinnamon raisin bagel tastes like wet cardboard or something. Threw the whole bagel away and went to bagel boy up the block. Waste of money at bagels rd smfh.

We are 2 professional chefs that moved to Bensonhurst Brooklyn. It’s Friday our day off. We ordered from this place. Very poor quality. We opened our food and it’s clear that the kitchen team does not work efficiently. My “Italian” sandwich was the nastiest I’ve had. Parts of the salami were gray! Good salami should be bright red. Also ordered an American breakfast and it was terrible. Not seasoned and all the food cut sizes were the lowest quality work. We threw the food away and ordered from “Stillwell’s Deli & Grocery”. They cook very good!

Terrible service, terrible food and terrible people who answer the phone. I order food with 2 hot coffees a couple of times and their coffee cups easily tear from the bottom. They try to blame the driver instead when clearly its the cups. The cups are clearly poor quality and they choose not to listen to recommendations. I will never order from here again. See photos of both cups torn because of quality or how hot the coffee is.

I am disappointed with this place, just when I thought I have found someone I can call frequently while volunteering at my son's school. Someone taking my order puts me on hold for 8 minutes then proceeds to ask me what do you want, hurry up because it's busy here. Sir tone it down, I pay just like everyone else and for that keep your breakfast I'm good. Not very professional.

Owner always has an attitude and saw bugs all over the place. I believe that the place is as good as the restroom. But the restroom was filthy.

I have been coming to this spot for my bagels for over 5yrs. Their bagels are fresh and fill me up without feeling over full. The price of their food is most reasonable compared to all the other stores in the neighborhood. The workers are always nice and respectful. I even bring their bagels to FL every year when visiting family. I love this place.
Note: they are the only bagel spot with multi grain bagel.
As I gnaw on a stale croissant at 8am, I wonder what is the appeal of this place aside from the proximity to the train station

Bagels Road has always been my husband's and my go-to spot because of their delicious food and good customer service. Today, they went above and beyond. I ordered a BR bagel for me to pick up before work. Cynthia called me twice to let me know that they didn't have the cream cheese I wanted and offered me substitutes. I didn't hear her the first time because my phone was already on 'Do Not Disturb' mode, but she tried again, and her call finally went through. Excellent customer service! I don't expect most places to be as persistent. Kudos to her!
My husband and I love Bagels Road. The food is always fresh and delicious. When we want food delivered to our apartment fast, we place an order for Bagels Road. When I'm short on time and need to grab breakfast on the way to work, Bagels Road hands me my pick-up order the minute I walk through their door. Not only that, they are always so nice and smiling.

So I order a bagel with the cream cheese lox. However, he gave me a bagel with cream cheese and lox pieces on top which is not what I ordered. At the register he tells me its $10, I asked him how come its so much. He told me he doesn’t know….. I was in a rush so I payed and left. When I took a few bites of the bagel it tasted really bad. The fish was expired. I looked inside and the fish was brown and expired. It smelled really bad and when I took a few first bites in a few minutes my stomach started to hurt. Honestly I hope I don’t get sick….this is really gross. Unprofessional and unsanitary.
