I have been coming to this spot for my bagels for over 5yrs. Their bagels are fresh and fill me up without feeling over full. The price of their food is most reasonable compared to all the other stores in the neighborhood. The workers are always nice and respectful. I even bring their bagels to FL every year when visiting family. I love this place.

Bagels Road has always been my husband's and my go-to spot because of their delicious food and good customer service. Today, they went above and beyond. I ordered a BR bagel for me to pick up before work. Cynthia called me twice to let me know that they didn't have the cream cheese I wanted and offered me substitutes. I didn't hear her the first time because my phone was already on 'Do Not Disturb' mode, but she tried again, and her call finally went through....
