When I pay 20 dollars for a lox bagel I expect there to be mor than the tiniest sliver of lox. The photo shows. One single sliver of lox across the whole bagel. Totally overpriced.

The food was great but above that, very impressed with the service. They were extremely patient with a customer who was clearly struggling. Really felt like a neighborhood place where many knew and helped each other. Great experience to start the day during my visit.

Please use a sticky note as a POS systems. They dropped mine so I didn’t know what I ordered. I saw them pick up several more that dropped. They didn’t care. They wrote up a new one for my order and then put it on the bottom of the pile sticky notes instead of the top so I had to wait even longer, and then I got the food and it sucked squishy, rubbery.

If you are going to get a bagel here, do yourself a favor and order it in-store. Do not deliver because your bagel will be wrong/missing 75% of the time

Ordered delivery on Friday around 4am (under “Luke L”) & my order arrived wrong in a bunch of different ways, AND the bagels were very stale :( Ordered an Onion bagel— arrived Plain. Ordered a French Toast bagel— arrived Cinnamon Raisin. Ordered Asiago— didn’t arrive at all… So disappointing & inedible, and GrubHub won’t let me get a refund for it, so I’m stuck making this review. The cream cheese was good though!

Great service, clean, decent food, a lil pricy. My first time there and I got myself a sesame bagel with coconut cream cheese and let me tell you it was great. The gentleman at the counter figure what bagels were available and what options of cream cheese they had. Boy did they respect the schmear!!! That baby was loaded.

Bagel was fantastic and the cream cheese was very good. Overall I enjoyed the bagel and the coffee was very too. I got the sun-dried tomatoes cream cheese. Boy that was good, the added herbs which made it really flavorful.
It’s expensive tho. Like in typical bagel shops all the bagels are same price but it differed if your bagel had toppings or not, etc. Also, custom cream cheese are same prices besides Lox but here the cream cheese price depends on the flavor it is.
