Love their bagels - we always get one with white fish salad and one with lox with tofu cream cheese on whole wheat everything. Can’t go wrong. We bring to airport to avoid you know what food there. This is a takeout place with just a few seats at window.

Bagels and lox delicious. Where it all fell down was, had to get takeout as no room for the family. Ordered 5 bagels-several toasted, several with tomato and cucumber. Not one was toasted, not one had tomato and cucumber, and my wife got the wrong bagel type. Great food -quality control needs a lot of work. Easy to order but not easy to get the right order. Lots of 75 cent add in’s not delivered.

Got a bagel (delicious btw) and they accidentally gave regular cc instead of tofu. The manager went back and found the ticket to check for me and when he realized that it was a mistake he re made my bagel and sent someone to bring it all the way to my hotel for me!!!!! Beyond generous and kind. We always go here when we come to Brooklyn and now we always will. My husband also got 2dozen bagels to take home to Maine because he loves them so much.
