Most delicious bahn-mi sandwich I ever had, 'the traditional' so good, warm and 'spicy' was just right. My go-to for pick up and delivery now.

The banh mi I got here was average at best. First thing I’ll say is that it is not very authentic. The bread is super thick and not very airy. The overall taste just isn’t what you expect from a banh mi.

Bahn Mi is the best in the area. The bread is way better than 5ive Spice nearby. The shrimp spring roll was missing carrots and cucumbers, it was just noodles, greens, and shrimp. Left a lot to be desired, but the namesake item was very good and worth your time for sure. Definitely would recommend.

I confirmed prior to ordering on the website that the beef banh-mi had no pork. I ordered for pick-up, came home and took a bit from my sandwich only to find pork in my sandwich. I called the store and the young lady running the cashier asked me to come back, since she made a mistake. I understand mistakes happen, however, she refused to compensate me or reimburse me for the mistake (even after me asking politely about 2 times), as I cannot eat pork for religious beliefs. She also tried to show me the re-made order had no pork in it, but was trying to touch my new sandwich with her bare hands before I stopped her. Quite surprisingly that an establishment like this would not reimburse their customer after a mistake like this. I don’t think I will be returning based on this experience of employees and/or management not valuing customer satisfaction and lack of employee hygiene.
Thermostat set to 80 degrees for some reason on a hot day.
Pho bowl, not only was it the smallest I’ve seen it’s also only half full. The amount of noodles compares to the amount that you you would get from a cup of cup noodles.
Pretty generic shop in general. The pho doesn’t feel special by any means. Their name is Bahn mi so I probably should have gotten a sandwich instead.
Their rewards program is pretty amusing. 1 point per dollar spent, 500 points for a 4 dollar coupon.
The pho was 16.50 I believe.
Shrimp rolls were decent size at their price of about 8.50

Beef short rib banh mi was stew vibes the meat needed some soup! But the grill pork flavor is so nice it almost taste like jerky its so soaked in . The Summer grill pork roll had some bits of hard vermicelli but the grilled porkkk, ughh so juicy. No pic for banh mi!!
