A Jazz lounge on Nostrand?! Pouring rain, a buddy of mine sought shelter here for some whiskey. Amazingly, Bill Hart in his 80's on the drums (played with Herbie Hancock in the 70's) is playing with a trio. Just some random night. One of those amazing tucked-away places of NY with a high-end whiskey and spirits menu.

Attended the jazz jam night and had a great time! The host provided free food for everyone that attended and just requested a 5 dollar cover to support the bands. Drinks were very reasonably priced!

Attentive bartenders, very good house drinks. But overall I can’t say enough good things about the atmosphere - it reminds me about the best of New Orleans, which is seldom replicated outside of Louisiana. Will absolutely be making the trip back for the music and the service. Thank you!
