This unfortunately was not great service. My partner and I reserved a 9:15pm table to connect over dinner. And I swear the service just made the entire night not worth it at all. Upon entering the 6th floor, the ambiance and atmosphere was incredibly stunning. We were excited for the experience. Shortly after, we did not enjoy it. We were seated outside, as offered for an option. We were told that we’d enjoy it and each have blankets to keep us warm. We then requested the blankets as directed, and our waiter forgot about us. A couple was seated next to us, and they immediately got blankets. I called our waiter over again because he kept serving others and not us… and I requested blankets again. He gave us just 1, while holding 2, and said “oh sorry we dont have any left”. As others were seated, we consistently saw couples who were given blankets.
He also took our drinks for order, and immediately walked away while removing one menu. I was very confused by this, because we werent offered to buy food nor did he mention coming back to let us think about food. They brought out my partner’s drink, without mine. By the time she was close to finishing her drink… my drink finally came. We couldnt even enjoy a shared drink. This supposed high end rooftop, yet couldnt even serve a table 2 drinks at the same time.
Moments kept passing by and I AGAIN had to pull the waiter over to order food. The food came … it was delicious but small portioned. Sure… expected… but for this price and below mediocre service ? What a waste. I’ve definitely been to other places that were worth my time, joy, and pay.
I would not come here. If you decide to, pregame beforehand before it ends up being a waste for you too.

Y’all this place is really cute. I’d describe the ambiance as romantic city vibes b/c the view is everything! All the food was delicious. The servers were attentive, music was at a low level for intimate conversations, & there was a variety of seating options with different views.

Gorgeous setting with delicious food- I ordered the mushroom pâté (among other dishes) and would highly recommend if you enjoy mushrooms. Also asked the manager, Kat, about a surprise for my friend’s birthday, and she was so incredibly kind and helpful! Stunning views even on a rainy night. Highly recommend coming here.

The New York skyline glittered like a spilled box of diamonds, stretching endlessly around us as we celebrated my partner's birthday at Bar Blondeau. Perched high above the city, the rooftop bar felt like our own private oasis. The air was warm and vibrant, filled with a soft hum of conversation and the clinking of glasses. We settled into plush seats, the city lights twinkling below, and ordered our first round of amazing cocktails. Mine was a smoky concoction with a hint of citrus, while yours was a vibrant, fruity delight. Each sip was perfection, a burst of flavor that complemented the breathtaking views. We talked and laughed, the energy of New York seeming to infuse our conversation. It was a truly perfect night, a beautiful memory etched against the backdrop of an unforgettable cityscape.
