Barchaa looks deceiving, but when you enter, it's picturesque. The ambiance is warm. Unfortunately, we reached there at 3PM when they opened and had to wait over an hour to be served; apparently, the health department was present. Anyway, Molly was our server, very pleasant and apologetic. She treated us well. The food was decent, but the drinks...OMG...d-e l-i-cious! I had the coconut lychee Martini recommended by Molly. Go try it out. They have happy hour almost every day.

I never ate here, it looks mediocre and overpriced, but i saw an employee spraying chemicals, probably cancer causing roundup all over the sidewalk to kill plants growing between the cracks
First time coming in to this restaurant honestly their wings were delicious but just a little disappointed very short menu which you could appreciate that but nothing i wanted that night they had no sushi i also wanted the grilled octopus they didn’t have any , my husband had lomo salteado which he said it was good , they also gave a complementary dessert their chocolate cake was to die for

My first experience with this restaurant is horrible. I hope they treat their in person customers better than their takeout customers. I ordered tacos and some Arroz w chicken and A Ginger Ale. I'm shocked that this restaurant doesn't have can drinks for delivery orders. So you decide to put a cup with Ginger Ale in the top of the bag with a tiny piece of plastic wrap. Instead of wrapping this cup multiple times to ensure no leaks you do that. Then you don't even close the tops to the food properly. So I get my order and I have Tacos floating in Ginger Ale.Then I call the Store to let them know my order is pretty much ruined. The lady that answers the phone says it's not my problem and I'm busy and hangs up the phone on me. Great customer service?. Terrible Host.... If the owner sees this review... You should be ashamed of the lack of service by your staff.
Great place to eat for Bushwick locals and beyond. I’ll definitely be back here soon. Sol thanks for serving me you’re the best.
Shared a drink and some food here with an old friend. Sol was our bartender and she was great. I ordered a big plate of calamari, 2 beers, 4 shots of tequila , margarita and some empanadas. $200.

Came in around 7 on a Friday night. Found parking s few blocks away. I’m not naive. I know it’s Brooklyn but the walk from the car to the spot was sketchy. Some kids aimed a colorful nerf/ water gun at me. I didn’t like that. But once inside all the riffraff of the block is forgotten. The lightning, the murals, and the decor have a really nice vibe. They had some music playing and the ambiance was chill. There was one other table occupied at the time and the space was nice and open with a spot in the back for live music I’m assuming. The service was good. Our waitress was attentive and helped us with suggestions. She was able to accommodate our little side requests and chances to the menu.I order the fish tacos and the corn on the cob. I had the sangria/margarita drink which was super overpriced but good. The fish tacos were good not out of this world but a good size with a good amount of fish. I added some hot sauce and it hit the spot. The corn was flavorful and tasty. It was cut up into 3 pieces. My friend ordered the fried fish entree with a seafood crème sauce and substituted the rice for beans. Along with the montaditos (one beef, one chicken, and one veggie) and the passion fruit fizz for drinks. It was a good portion of food. She had lots to take home. It had oysters and crawfish. The sauce was delicious. The drink was strong and tasty. This spot was good. In the area, I’d def come back. There wasn’t a happy hour for Friday but other days sound good.

I’ve heard good things about this place so I had to try it for myself. Finally ordered here for the first time and sadly disappointed. Their Jalea isn’t even close to one, it was overly breaded and over season. Shrimps we’re tiny and didn’t really have “traditional Peruvian Fried seafood” like the description stated
First time here and I will always return. The ambience is so refreshing and calm. Good vibes, great service and excellent food! I really loved it here. Already recommending it to friends.
