Barrow’s Intense NY Tasting Room

We had the best time today at Barrows, everything was phenomenal. We had all the drinks. Purple rain, frozen things, hot cider; everything. The team was so hospitable - and they have a resident dog, Chief, who really just made everything so much more spectacular. Red velvet furniture, a very upscale yet laid back atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back and see my buddy Chief. :)

This is truly a neat spot to get a drink or two or three....hehe.

I loved the vibe of this place and the atmosphere is very friendly. I didn't get the name of my bartender, but he was very welcoming and helpful.

If you like or have a taste for ginger then I highly recommend the Ginger Spritz as it is very strong. Anything you sample as a flight is available for purchase including the ginger liquor. Prices here are pretty fair too. Nothing too outrageous.

I never really come down to Industry City for drinks, but now after coming here, I have a reason to visit more often. Definitely recommend.

Had the Ginger Spritz to taste the liqueur for the first time. Reminded me of gingered candy. Really good.

As a walk-in customer, it looks like a regular bar.
But in fact, every spirit, beer or cider on offer is from New York State! Ask for the newspaper that outlines all the details of all the beverages.
You will find various flights of spirits to sample, but there is only the one ginger liquor that they make themselves.
Or plan ahead and check the website to schedule an actual class or fancy tasting set up

Came here with a friend for their happy hour before playing a game of Petanque in the area. The bartender is soo nice and I loved all the drink options. I just had the lavender gin one on the happy hour menu and it was very tasty! Definitely want to come back when I’m in the area.

Barrows Intense Ginger Liqueur is the best I’ve ever tried. Straight or in my tea with some honey on a Sunday afternoon it never lets me down. Consistent quality bottle after bottle.

The frozen Moscow mules are amazing. Such a friendly place! Love it :)
